Continuity mistake: Early in the morning, before Rockford heads out to the airport for a stand-by flight, when he picks up the phone receiver he holds it in his right hand, then it cuts to a closeup. This closeup presents three issues. One, Rockford is wearing a pinky ring on his right hand that doesn't exist otherwise; two, a rolodex suddenly appears beside the telephone; three, the right hand in the closeup is not holding the receiver. Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford returns to his trailer and begins to tell Rocky about his ordeal with the semi in Arizona, just as Rockford says, "It tried to run me off a mountain," watch as the microphone pops up at the bottom, right side of the screen behind the glass bowl. (00:22:55)
