Continuity mistake: When Crowler introduces the Paradox brothers, the brothers are shown to be doing some flipping as they come on to the field. When they stop and kneel, the brothers are shown to be standing beside each other. In the next shot, as they begin to stand up, Para is suddenly standing slightly in front of Dox. (00:05:15)
Tag Team Trial: Part 1 - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: After Para has drawn Sanga of the Thunder, the shot cuts to a reverse angle panning around Jaden and Syrus where Jaden says "You've got to be kidding me. Another level 7 monster?" Near the end of this shot, Para places the Sanga of the Thunder card into the cards already in his hand. Next shot, he places the same card into the exact same cards in his hand a second time. Continuity mistake: After Jaden has drew Polymerization from his deck, the shot changes to show which cards he has in his hand. The cards are Skyscraper, Elemental Hero Avian, Spark Blaster, Elemental Hero Sparkman and Elemental Hero Clayman. In this shot, each card, from left to right, are placed with the following card slightly on top of each other. After Jaden takes out Elemental Hero Clayman, the shot changes to a shot from in front of Jaden, only now the cards from left to right in his hand, are now placed slightly below each other. Continuity mistake: When Chumley tells Jaden someone eats their grilled cheese if they go, Syrus raises his Power Bond card to have a look at it. When he raises the card, part of his thumb is shown to be covering up the right hand corner of the rectangular bar in the green portion of the card, but by the next shot, in a close-up of the card, the right hand corner of the rectangular bar is suddenly uncovered and visible. Continuity mistake: As Jaden and Syrus go to leave the dormitory for the match, Jaden stands up off his wheelie chair and the chair is shown to be shifted with the seat to the right. When Jaden and Syrus are at the door, the chair suddenly isn't shifted an inch. (00:03:15)

Continuity mistake: Dox asks Para to take out the Sanga of the Thunder card from his deck which Para then does. He is shown taking out the card with two of his fingers placed on the very back of the card, but from a sudden close-up of Sanga of the Thunder, it is now only one finger placed around the back of the card. Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Crowler is frustratedly walking through the corridors of the academy and walks past several Slifer Red students. In an overview angle, there are 5 students, with two of them standing by a door to the left of Crowler. In the next shot, Crowler is shown walking past the door, but there is no sign of the two students. (00:00:10)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters are walking through the wind in the opening scene, Crowler asks Jaden where they are going, to which Ojama Yellow replies to find Jesse. At this moment, Crowler has his right thumb pressed against his middle finger. But in a closer shot of Crowler, his thumb is pressed against his index finger. (00:00:12)

Continuity mistake: When Jaden has a vision of his duel monsters, in the group shot, Burstinatrix is a few meters ahead of Avian. But in the next shot, Burstinatrix and Avian are side-by-side. (00:04:19)

Continuity mistake: At the start when the platform finishes rising, in the wide shot, Jaden is standing a short distance away from Syrus and Crowler. In the next shot, Jaden is suddenly closer to them. (00:00:02)
The Ultimate Face-Off: Part 2 - S3-E46
Continuity mistake: When the purple bridge appears in front of the main characters, Ojama Yellow jumps on it. He is shown toward the middle of the bridge at first, but in the next shot, he is suddenly toward the edge of the bridge. (00:08:30)
The Forbidden Ritual: Part 1 - S3-E40
Continuity mistake: When Zane and Aster see Crowler and Echo running away from the beasts, in the shot from behind the two, Aster is slightly behind Zane. When the shot cuts to an angle in front of them, Aster is slightly ahead of Zane. (00:05:04)
A Sight Unseen: Part 2 - S3-E36
Continuity mistake: After Syrus and Ojama Yellow keep walking toward the Supreme King's castle, the scene cuts back to Jim lying on the ground, while the King's goons laugh at him. Jim's left hand is next to his head in the first shot, but then it is further away when the shot cuts. (00:09:10)

Continuity mistake: When Zane picks up Echo's necklace, in the shot of him picking up the necklace, his thumb is placed at the bottom of the pendant. But in the next shot, his thumb is over the top of the pendant. (00:06:32)

Continuity mistake: When Zane is telling Aster about how he never got to duel the Supreme King, there is a shot focusing on Aster where he is facing Zane, then turns his body 90° to look at the others behind him. Then it cuts to a wider shot, where Aster is facing the others directly and isn't turned away from them. Then he's back to his original position in the next shot. The next shot, he and Zane are side-by-side, even though he was supposed to be facing him directly in the previous shot. (00:04:40)
A Sight Unseen: Part 2 - S3-E36
Continuity mistake: After the Supreme King has summoned Evil Hero Dark Gaia, just before its attack points increase to 4400, Dark Gaia levitates into the air a couple feet, with its left knee lifted upward. In the next shot, its knee is lowered. (00:18:33)
Blinded by the Light: Part 1 - S2-E35
Continuity mistake: When Jaden finds the Ojama cards whilst they are being held by two crabs, he places his fingers on the Ojama Yellow card. At first, his fingers are placed toward the middle of the card, but when the shot cuts, his fingers are toward the left hand side of the card. (00:11:05)

Continuity mistake: When Jaden, Aster and Bastion run up to the simulation building at Kaibaland, once they stop running, Jaden and Aster's forearms are raised. In the next shot, their arms are suddenly lowered. (00:02:04)

Continuity mistake: When Lucien activates his Slash Draw for the second time, he has his right hand placed over the front of the duel disk after inserting his card into the slot. In the next shot, his right hand is at his side. (00:15:15)

Continuity mistake: When Jaden and Chazz are about to duel, Jaden raises his deck and speaks to the Ojamas briefly. In this shot, his left thumb is placed against the corner of the cards. In the next shot, his left thumb is away from the corner. (00:13:37)
