The Harem (No. 102) - S4-E11

Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning of the episode a Cadillac Escalade gets stolen. The car is the newest model. The chase begins and the car is a new model right up to a scene when they crash into some other cars. That part was filmed with older model Cadillac. The damage is quite severe, but the chase continues again with the new model that has only one bit of damage - a mirror that has come apart.

Monarch Douglas Bank (No. 112) - S2-E2

Factual error: After Red receives the package containing the tooth, it cuts to a city image that reads "Warsaw, Poland" but the city shown in this image is not Warsaw, it is actually Budapest, the capital of Hungary. This specific image shows the Széchenyi Chain Bridge (Széchenyi Lánchíd) and the Buda Castle (Budavári Palota), in Budapest. (00:06:50)

Pattie Sue Edwards (No. 68) - S5-E15

Character mistake: When Aram wears the CDC hazmat suit, the CDC personnel advises Aram that he has 20 minutes of air to keep him alive, making the mission time critical. What she says additionally is that "oxygen levels plummet and carbon monoxide (CO) levels rise" CO is not a byproduct of human respiration - carbon dioxide is.

The Whaler (No. 165) - S10-E2

Factual error: The airline boarding pass from Melbourne, Australia to Zurich shows the code MLB, instead of the correct code MEL. The code MLB is for Melbourne Orlando International Airport in Florida. (00:58:40)

Milton Bobbit - S1-E18

Other mistake: The doctor is supposedly being led away in handcuffs, but isn't handcuffed when an explosion goes off behind them and they are thrown to the ground. (00:37:30)

Gaia - S4-E4

Factual error: When the criminals jump into old Jeep Cherokee, the car interior is a Chevrolet Tahoe, and from the outside when driving backwards, the trim is for a Dodge Charger.

Alexander Kirk: Conclusion - S3-E23

Continuity mistake: When Tom Keen returns from shopping to find someone over the cot of baby Agnus, a fight breaks out, during which the camera jumps to different shots of the baby who is wrapped in a pink blanket, then no blanket, then back to wrapped in the blanket. (00:37:22 - 00:37:58)

Kuwait - S7-E4

Factual error: The grave stone in the cemetery shows the deceased rank as 1st Lieutenant, but the branch of service is U.S. Navy. There is no such rank in the Navy. The rank for an officer 02 is Lieutenant Junior Grade - Lt.Jg.

Mato (No. 66) - S4-E2

Character mistake: After the seaplane crash lands off the coast of Havana, Elizabeth radios a mayday. However, she broadcasts nonsensical coordinates. The first set she provides is 23°52' north, the second set 82°49' south. These combined coordinates can't possibly plot to any location on earth. The more probable coordinates should've been 23°52' north, 82°49' west. These coordinates would put the plane roughly 57 miles NNW of Havana, Cuba. (00:05:48)

Pilot - S1-E1

Factual error: Elizabeth takes a look at one of the passports, which on the outside is Swiss but the info on the inside corresponds to that of a German passport. (00:43:25)

Show generally

Question: How can Lizzie's father have died in the fire when in an earlier season, Red killed him in the hospital when Lizzie was already an adult?

Answer: The man Red killed, Sam Scott, was Lizzie's adoptive father, not her biological one. However, at that time Lizzie (and thus the audience), was led to believe her real father abandoned her and her mother, so expect more secrets to be revealed how her real father actually died (or if he's even actually dead).
