The Trip - S1-E4

Other mistake: Mike and Axl suggest to Brick that he find "some poor schmuck" that his girlfriend can torment, so she will stop bothering Brick. After the plan works, Frankie states in a voice over that "Damn, I'm good", implying that it was she who suggested this tactic to Brick. (00:27:15 - 00:30:00)

Average Rules - S1-E24

Other mistake: When Brick first goes to see Betty White in the library, she gives him until Walt Whitman's birthday (May 31st) to return the books. When he returns and realises he is still short 1 book, she gives him until Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's birthday which is May 22nd - before Whitman's birthday.

Errand Boy - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: After Frankie and Brick get soaked at the car wash, when they're in the bathroom, the towel around Brick keeps flipping between its dark stripe side and its light stripe side, depending on the angle of the shot.

Super Grover

Thanksgiving II - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: Sue says that she "matured" aka got her period, on Sept 21, but in the episode "Forced Family Fun", when they go camping and she gets it, they go before school starts, which is well before the end of September.

Valentines Day II - S2-E14

Factual error: In this episode it's Valentines Day, Feb 14, the middle of winter in Indiana. The background outside shots show a bright sunny day with green leaves on the trees. Not in Indiana in the middle of winter.

Spring Cleaning - S2-E18

Continuity mistake: When Frankie is going crazy lying on the floor because of all of the stuff still in the house, objects move around as the camera shots get closer to her, look at the VHS tape on her left.

The Test - S3-E5

Continuity mistake: When Brick is first shown in the garbage can, there is garbage up to the top of it, but when Brick manages to knock it over while still inside, there is much less garbage in the can.

The Test - S3-E5

Continuity mistake: When Sue is sitting at the counter waiting for the cheerleaders to call, the phones lying on the counter go from being close together to being spread out like a fan throughout the scene. Every time she is shown the phones are laid out differently.

Thanksgiving III - S3-E10

Factual error: Even if the cable was out at the grandparents' house due to them getting rid of it, the TV itself should still turn on. Access or no access to cable does not dictate whether a TV can be turned on or not.

luke f

Leap Year - S3-E18

Factual error: Sue's birthday isn't actually on Leap Day as this birthday is her 15th (in season 4 she celebrates her Sweet 16) and Leap Day birthdays are multiples of 4. The closest leap day birthday in this sense would be her 16th.
