The X-Files (1993)

Correction: The Smoking Man, who put the embryo in the pentagon's vast storage room in season 1, has direct access to the pentagon at all times and is extremely high up in the ranks of the conspirators, it's more than plausible that he could have taken the embryo back from storage and returned it to the freezing containment if it was needed for further tissue/testing.

Sleepy Hollow (1999)

Corrected entry: Near the beginning Ichabod claims 'the millennium is almost upon us' - yet it's only 1799, 200 years early.

Chimera

Correction: Ichabod wanted his statement to be as dramatic as powerful, and chose to point to the millennium change instead to the much closer centennial change, to emphasize his point about adopting modern methods. Also, "almost" is a very relative term. From our point of view (living in a fast-paced world) 200 years is a long time, but when looking at the entire history of the human race, 200 years is a trifle.

Day 4: 6:00 A.M.-7:00 A.M. - S4-E24

Corrected entry: Marwan's hi-tech gadget which he uses to track the path of his missile (the 'interface' of which CTU later reads to locate said rocket) is quite obviously a Nokia 7710. I don't remember seeing 'Nuclear Warhead Locator' listed in the special features of this model.

Chimera

Correction: Like all new Nokia mobiles, one of key features of the 7710 is that it is Java enabled. This means any Java application can be programmed and loaded onto the phone. It is very possible one of Marwan's men programmed a tracking program for that phone.
