Other mistake: Being struck on the forehead with a toy hammer would not cause someone to be knocked off balance to the point that they are flying backwards the 15-20 feet or so we see with Maggie.

Other mistake: After falling in the pit of water at the end, there is at least one shot (if not more), only a minute or so later (when Turner is stabbed in the leg by Julie), where Kale's shirt appears to be completely dry, when it should be still quite drenched.

Flightplan (2005)
Other mistake: At the very end, Jodie Foster's daughter is drugged and not given any medical attention until hours later when she wakes up. Giving medical attention to a person, especially a child, that is the victim of a crime is easily one of the first things that law enforcement would do. Obviously done to make the final scene more dramatic. (01:28:50 - 01:31:30)

Other mistake: Bullets pass through people, but don't shatter any glass windows behind them. Likewise bottles in bars without hitting mirrors behind the bar.
