The Adam Project (2022)
Question: When older Adam tells young Adam that he has no friends in high school, barely has any in college, and gets arrested for an unknown crime in a couple of years, how does all that not discourage Adam to not continue helping his older self now that he knows his life will get worse? Why wouldn't young Adam attempt time travel to fix all that? Do the events of the movie after destroying the accelerator help Adam have friends in high school and college and prevent his arrest?

The Adam Project (2022)
Question: Do the events of the movie alter the timeline to where Adam is no longer suspended? I ask this because at the end of the movie, Adam and his mom have the same beat-for-beat conversation of his mom's files, but instead of Adam suggesting he should go to his room and think about what he's done, he says he's going to be late for school.

The Invisible Man (2020)
Question: Why are Cecilia and her sister Emily so distant?
Answer: From what I could see, it was never specified what caused their strained relationship. Many sisters just don't get along for a variety of reasons-jealousy, resentment, rivalry, personality clashes, etc. Of course, it serves the plot and is a common movie trope that Cecilia has little family support to help with her situation, adding to the suspense as she tries to escape Adrian on her own.
Answer: Controlling husbands like Adrian severely restrict who their wives can see and talk to, so Adrian most likely interfered with Cecilia maintaining a positive relationship with her sister. Cecilia's sister probably did not know how controlling and manipulative Adrian was, so assumed it was Cecilia who did not want to be close to her. Adrian made it appear as though it was Cecilia's choice, but it was actually the restrictions he placed on Cecilia that caused the strain between the sisters.
Answer: Because an email was sent from Cecilia but really from Adrian (the invisible man) saying that her sister was suffocating her. And that Cecilia didn't want to see her anymore.
And these were the types of stunts Adrian had been doing for years, creating tension and causing spite between the sisters.

The Invisible Man (2020)
Question: How come the footage from the security cameras in the restaurant and the mental hospital haven't been looked at when Emily was murdered and all those guards were attacked? They all could've proved Cecilia's claims.
Answer: It's entirely possible that there weren't any security cameras in the restaurant that would have her on camera. As for the mental hospital, it doesn't really matter whether they look at the cameras or not - there are now plenty of witnesses to back her up, as evidenced by the fact she is free at the end.

Question: How can Sydney believe that Cecilia actually hit her when the latter was barely near her?
Answer: Sydney was upset and reacting irrationally. Being that she is still quite young and not yet fully in command of her emotions or reasoning, she reacted immediately and jumped to what seemed a logical conclusion. From her point of view, there was nothing else that could have hit her.

The Invisible Man (2020)
Question: When is Adrian dressed up as The Invisible Man and when does Tom take over?
Answer: According to the director, it's almost always Adrian, except for the climax, where it is explicitly shown that Tom is wearing the suit. Adrian had him take over knowing that there was a very good chance Tom wouldn't survive, because he wanted to set Tom up as the fall-guy for him. (Of course Tom didn't know this).
Where does the director state that?
In an interview with Perri Nemiroff, director Leigh Whannell said Tom only wore the suit once. https://collider.com/invisible-man-when-is-adrian-wearing-the-suit-explained/?fbclid=IwAR0FeHR0w-7DPFjFq71By1SEN9e8C5tR_WPDWGQp26Rm9_ASasjqjMLKKMI.

The Invisible Man (2020)
Question: What is the nature of Adrian and Tom's relationship?
Answer: Tom is Adrian's brother and also acts as his attorney. He apparently helped stage Adrian's fake suicide, then acted as the intermediary with Cecilia regarding Adrian's will. Tom also acted as Adrian's accomplice by impersonating him when he wore the invisibility suit. Adrian later frames Tom to be the "fall guy" for his crimes.

The Invisible Man (2020)
Question: How long has Cecilia been away from Adrian after her escape? Had to ask because the nurse said to Cecilia that she had been pregnant for around a month.
Answer: Using context clues from the movie, we can assume she's been gone for a few weeks. She likely got pregnant shortly before she escaped, hence she's about a month along when she goes to the doctor. The events of the movie transpire over a relatively short period of time, so it all lines up pretty well.

The Invisible Man (2020)
Question: Who was Cecilia before she met Adrian?
Answer: Wealthy Adrian controlled every aspect of Cecilia's life, so he most likely prohibited her from working - she was his stay-at-home "trophy wife." Cecilia asked "invisible" Adrian, "So why me? I'm just a suburban girl who stumbled into your life one night at a party... There's nothing left for you to take. You've already taken it all", which implies even preventing her from getting employment or starting a career. Cecilia did graduate from "Cal Poly Architecture", so she had skills/ability (evidenced by her portfolio of drawings), but she was stuck at the "aspiring architect" level. She told the job interviewer at "Ruler" architecture, "After Cal Poly, I worked in Paris for six months." That's the extent of her employment history - Adrian took over her life after that. There were no indications in the movie that Cecilia was employed when she finally left Adrian. It appears she just took the first step toward starting her career now that she had (or thought she had) her freedom back.

The Dark Tower (2017)
Question: The Man in Black keeps telling his victims that there is no afterlife and calls Arra a "seer who lies." Does that mean in this movie, there is no afterlife? If there is no afterlife, what does he mean by saying "been there" when one of his victims tells him to "go to Hell"?

Stillwater (2021)
Question: How come Allison wasn't compensated for losing five years of her life for a murder she did not commit?
Answer: The new DNA evidence may have been enough to cast DOUBT on her guilt, result in the court revision, and result in her release, but I don't think anyone else (at least not in the movie) was found guilty of the murder. That is, doubt of her guilt is not in itself proof of her innocence. In fact, Allison played at least an indirect role in the murder by giving the man her gold "Stillwater" necklace and promising him money if he would "get rid" of her roommate. Allison told her dad she didn't want the man to kill her roommate, but her use of the words "get rid of" her roommate doesn't exactly make her innocent. Allison seemed to accept her indirect (at minimum) role and was relieved to be released. In general, provided the courts followed proper procedures in acquiring a conviction, the courts are not liable for so-called "wrongful convictions." Even when the burden of proof is "beyond a REASONABLE doubt", there's always the possibility of SOME doubt. This may not answer everything.

Question: How come there was no dedication to Alex Trebek in the credits?
Answer: The movie was completely finished over a year ago. It was the pandemic that delayed it. So it was the finished product that was released.

Question: Why would Cliff and Ronnie just let themselves die killing zombies when they could've driven off to seek refuge?
Answer: It was in the script that they would die. Ronnie stated he knew it would end badly because the director gave him the full script ahead of time.
