Say the Word - S3-E5

Visible crew/equipment: Governor is 'interrogating' Michonne privately about staying at Woodbury to "join his forces." As he mentions Merle's name, she suddenly reacts, grabbing her sword from him, and shoves it at his throat, threateningly. During this, the shadow from the boom mic is visible just above his head. Pretty Much Dead Already - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: Deleted footage/special release only: Carol confronts Daryl about the boy being held hostage inside the barn (following Sophia's death), reasoning with him about pretending not to care when he truly does. At one point he moves to her, almost in her face. However, the following shot shows only a close up of Carol, implying they are standing feet apart, which is not the case. (00:24:10)

Pretty Much Dead Already - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: After Carol tells Shane they are not leaving without finding Sophia, Daryl enters and reminds Shane about the doll he found down at the swamp earlier, and they start to argue. During this he crosses front to Carol's right. In the very next shot Daryl is suddenly shown standing in the same spot as prior, next to Carol. (00:10:00)

Dolls (1987)

Continuity mistake: As Rosemary composes herself in the hallway, following the viscous doll attack, she is suddenly surrounded by angry, vengeful dolls. We see a large bay window about 10 feet in front of her as she cautiously moves in closer to the angry dolls. In the next shot, as she appears to lean in, glaring hatefully at the angry dolls, she suddenly lunges forward, crashing headfirst out the window, presumably to her death. She is not close enough to the window to have accomplished this, nor did any of the angry dolls push her. (00:49:20)

Dolls (1987)

Continuity mistake: After the dolls have attacked Rosemary, she manages to contain herself out in the hallway, just before another doll attacks her ankle with a buzz saw. As the doll begins to saw, Rosemary kicks it off, then turns on her heels. In the following shot her ankle is untouched. (00:48:45)

Dolls (1987)

Continuity mistake: As the dolls viciously attack Rosemary, one of them strikes the top left side of her head with a mallet. In the next shot Rosemary's head is down and there is no blood visible. Another doll stabs the left side of her face, near her ear with a tiny knife. However, in the following shot that area is unscathed. Another doll stabs her upper back, near the shoulder blades, but when Rosemary turns sideways we see the knife protruding from the middle of her back instead. (00:46:20 - 00:48:30)

Dolls (1987)

Continuity mistake: After Ralph and Judy leave the attic, he grabs the candelabra and they head down the hallway. In the next, and following shots, the candelabra changes from lit to unlit. As Ralph reaches the bedroom door, the candelabra is now fully lit. (00:41:10)

Dolls (1987)

Continuity mistake: When Ralph opens the door leading to the attic, a wind gust blows out the lit candelabra he is holding, yet there is a light-source permeating from the open stairs. It is night so the attic would be obviously dark and creepy. However, it is fully aglow. This would be possible only if there were a full moon, which wouldn't be visible anyway due to the ongoing thunderstorm. As the two reach the landing suddenly the atmosphere changes to dankness, when it was aglow only moments earlier. (00:39:50)

Dolls (1987)

Other mistake: As the blond punkee pillages the bedroom for anything of value, the unseen giggling/squeaky "doll" voices prepare to attack. She is yanked to the floor by her feet, screaming, as the unseen grab her hands, then proceed to "ram" her face-first into the wall. The large blood spatters do not match the injuries to her face nor her forehead. Also, under normal circumstances, the victim would be rendered unconscious following such force. The punkee is merely a bit disheveled as the unseen toss her outside the doorway. (00:30:50 - 00:31:35)

Audio problem: (1982) Alan and Monica: They spar, and Monica escapes to safety, in their bedroom, locking the doors. Alan threatens to "break it down" and she relents. Alan enters, leaving the door wide open, and they spar again, as Monica threatens him with alimony and the "shirt off his back" which he gratuitously supplies; literally ripping it off and throwing it at her. They fight some more and she breaks away as he grabs her into a passionate kiss, lowering her to the bed. Suddenly you hear the door close, in the background. The bed is clear across the room, so Alan could not have simply kicked it shut. (00:06:30)

The Hero Dies in This One - S2-E13

Plot hole: When Dan asks Lucas how he managed to lie to Karen about his heart test results then successfully move out, Lucas tells Dan that he showed Karen Keith's test results letter instead. In a prior scene, Lucas hands Karen the results letter and she is elated to read no Hypertrophy issues. Being a very savvy business woman, Karen would have noticed the addressee on the letterhead was Keith, NOT Lucas.

Revealing mistake: Episode: Testimony of a Traitor (season 2): As the 'video' of Buck's former advocate/cohort begins, we see a disheveled man in uniform seated behind a desk in his bombed out office. The TV on his desk is an obvious late-70's model, and his video player is a vintage 1978 model. This show is supposed to be about the 25th Century, and the Treason video, based in 1987 - and Buck was an Air force commander - so you'd think this government officer friend would have more futuristic-looking technology in his office. (00:08:25 - 00:12:45)

Trivia: Episode: Jennifer> When Buck is standing in the hangar, following a short protest with the security guard about boarding flight 409; the flight 'Jennifer' is on, the P.A. announces the flight take off, and calls for Captain Christopher Pike. Other mistake: The gang gets separated after an intense cop chase through the subway station and Cochise, Rembrandt, Vermin escape aboard a train and end up in Union Square. The guys step out onto the corridor to an empty platform, as Rembrandt comments that nobody has shown up. Vermin then grins and says "Something else just showed up!' as a gang of girls suddenly appears, standing by a stairwell, that wasn't there, across the tracks, in the same direction. Revealing mistake: Grissom and Brass enter the darkened apt. and Grissom spots another doll figurine on the book shelf as Brass takes notice of the dead guy on the bathroom floor. My Bodyguard (1980)

Continuity mistake: When Clifford is running down the hallway from Moody and his gang, Moody closes in on him by almost 40 feet. In the following shot, outside the auditorium, Clifford is a greater distance from the gang, sighing relief at the apparent getaway. Unless he suddenly picked up speed rounding some hallway corner, the time distance is impossible.

Question: At the end of season six, Grace told Robert E she was pregnant. Throughout this series finale, which is fast-forwarded three years, there is no such child. Do we assume she miscarried?

Weeping Willows - S5-E22

To Have and to Hold - S6-E20

Plot hole: In the ending scene, Mike has a probable concussion from her fall, so Sully keeps her awake to prevent her slipping into a coma. They talk all night, reminiscing as Mike experiences periodic pain spasms. Their talk ends with discussion over them having another child, and then they instantly engage in an intimate moment, which would be impossible, considering her condition, and without further checkup from another doctor. Sometime later she is suddenly feeling 'cured', and they return home.

However, only a night previous, Funn, inebriated, is rescued from the gutter, by his friends. A scene immediately following, shows them 'reviving' him with coffee. A Time to Heal (2) - S6-E9

Factual error: Marjorie's tragic death: The Quinn family has her funeral in the town cemetery, where she did not belong, instead honoring her death with a vigil, then transporting her body back to Boston, to be buried properly with her Quinn relatives: A common respect reserved for dignitaries; which technically the Quinn family was/is, and soldiers.

Bad Boys (1983)

Revealing mistake: When Paco and his accomplice attack JC in the alley, they tackle her to the ground and he starts punching her in the face to render her helpless. However, the action and the audio are not in sync, and its obvious his fists are not really hitting her at first.

oprlvr33

Other mistake: After Kalibos releases the scorpions to attack Perseus and the men, he starts wailing on the horses with his whip. He is obviously standing a considerable distance from the horses, yet shots reveal the whip striking a few of them.

oprlvr33

Deliberate mistake: After Perseus and his men defeat the scorpions, Kalibos goes after him, lashing his whip. But curiously, the whipping leaves no visible marks.

oprlvr33

Ladies' Night (2) - S3-E12

Other mistake: In the scene where Dorothy decides to join the church picnic (just before her operation) Grace is talking to her and hands her a glass of cider as Robert E. approaches. The sky is partly cloudy, but the lighting changes slightly during the shot, and at one moment, appears too bright on Dorothy just before she sets the glass down and walks away.

Audio problem: Just before Dorothy has her operation, Mike is seated at her desk looking through her medical books. Sully pays a visit to comfort her. Also, you hear a slight grunting during a pause in their conversation.

When the two boys hear the door rattle, Jesse whispers to Brian that somebody's coming and they race off Right. The President's desk is still in 3/4 view, and remains so as Burgoyne re-enters and goes to the desk, noticing the open cabinet door, which he checks. He hears movement and voices a threat, then goes to check the curtains only to find nothing. The camera then pans down to show Jesse and Brian hiding scared under the desk. Given the brief timespan, the two boys could not possibly have moved there without Burgyone noticing their presence.

The Great Bank Robbery - S4-E6

Revealing mistake: The bandits lock Bo and Luke inside closed coffins and then leave. Bo and Luke begin "rocking" the coffins back and forth to tip them over so they can escape. However in the following shots, as Luke is rocking inside his closed coffin, the camera slips or shifts too much, and you can see the barns' interior at the sides of the screen, alongside some equipment.
