Weight Gain 4000 - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Garrison is carrying around his gun, it is not the wood finished gun with the wood colored hand grip that he bought, it was the other one that had the grey hand grip. (00:14:20)

Suggested correction: He says he will have it (wood finish) then it shows him walking through town. Plenty of time for him to change his mind again.

Ssiscool

Perhaps, but later when Stan and Wendy interrupt him, his gun exhibits wood furniture again. Unless he purchased both, some error has been made here.

Free Hat - S6-E9

Continuity mistake: When we see George from outside his house, there is nothing but clear glass, but when we see him from inside, there is a black rail accross at about waist level. (00:12:30)

Free Hat - S6-E9

Continuity mistake: When Spielberg and Lucas are sitting behind the boys, the camera shows them to be sitting up higher that they are in other shots, when it is focused on them, you should be able to see the tops of the kids heads sitting in front of them. (00:08:00)

Identity (2003)

Continuity mistake: When the kid's mother puts her hand against the glass and steps back, she gets hit by the car and just AFTER she is hit, the brakes are applied. Then when they switch to when Ed is driving the lady, he slams the brakes on BEFORE she is hit, as if he saw her first. (00:07:40 - 00:08:50)

The Matrix Reloaded mistake picture

Revealing mistake: When we see the car careen into the side rail of the freeway and flip over, we can see there are skid plates welded to the underside of the engine compartment and under the front suspension. (01:26:00)

Factual error: When we see the closeup of the gun when Bill shoots "The Bride" it is obvious that it is a normal gun with rifling in the barrel, we even see the end of the grooves when the bullet comes straight out of the gun at the camera, but the bullet does not spin.

Shrek (2001)

Revealing mistake: When Donkey and Shrek are walking through the garden area, they pass some sheaves of wheat (presumably.) If you look carefully, you will notice that the wheat stalks were cut, not pulled up, but what were they cut from? There is only bare earth. (00:27:45)

Proper Condom Use - S5-E7

Continuity mistake: During the first classroom scene, Token is in the back with Kenny partially in front of him, but when we see the closeup of the projector with Token in front of it, we don't see Kenny anywhere. (00:04:45)

Scott Tenorman Must Die - S5-E4

Continuity mistake: When Kyle and Stan show up to the Chili Con Carnival, we see in the background a woman with a little girl walking towards the right and Kyle and Stan at the left walking towards Eric's booth. When Kyle and Stan get there in the next shot, the woman and the girl are still walking, but they are in the same place as they were when the shot cut. This makes Kyle and Stan able to walk very fast apparently.
