Continuity mistake: During the end fight scene with the Uruk-hai, the fight scene takes place on the side of a hill for the most part, but you can see that sometimes the sunlight shines down the hill and sometimes it shines across the hill, meaning it was filmed at different times of the day. Revealing mistake: When Axel shoots the guy on the tracks of the subway ride, you can see a little wire flip up from his leg when he falls. This is the wire that goes to the squib in the guy's shirt.

Payback (1999)

Factual error: Porter cuts the fuel line on the car but in reality, fuel lines are mostly steel except for a few joints which are only a few inches long. There would be no rubber tube long enough to be cut as shown in the film. (01:01:30)

Tin Man - S1-E19

Continuity mistake: When the Jacks are talking to each other right at the end, the camera goes back and forth from looking over each of their shoulders at the other one. If you look closely, the false Jack's earlobe structure changes when we see him from behind.

Suggested correction: Teal'c never dies in this episode. He goes into v-fib, but that's not death.

Continuity mistake: At the end when the airplane hits Kenny, there is a gravestone with a cross on it behind him, but all the time when the other three boys were talking, none of the gravestones behind them had crosses.

Continuity mistake: When we see Kenny from the front, the hole in his head exposing his brain appears on his left side, but when we see the top of his head when he is biting people, the hole is in the back of his head.
