Revealing mistake: Near the end, Little Bear makes a fire and places something in Omri's hand. But when Omri puts out his hand, it goes right through the flame and stays there for a while, yet Omri doesn't even flinch. The fire is definitely large enough to burn him, and had this been real life, he would have been burned severely, no matter how strange his character is.

Audio problem: During the fight scene at the end, Gaston says, "It's over, Beast. Belle is mine." But, originally, Gaston said "time to die" instead of "Belle is mine." I remember seeing a trailer for a film involving a woman with one breast in the middle of her chest. It seemed like a comedic film. Any ideas?
14th Mar 2007
Clifford (1994)
Question: I remember watching this movie a long time ago and seeing a scene where Clifford gets a walkman after pretending he's deaf and a scene where Clifford and Uncle Martin are out driving looking for "Sneakers", the dog Clifford stole from the airport. I watched this movie many times after that and have never seen these two scenes again. Does anyone know the whereabouts of these scenes or any other information about them?
Chosen answer: There were scenes that were edited into the television edition of the movie, but weren't included in the VHS or DVD edition, and this was one of them. Reference: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0109447/board/thread/49571041.

Back to the Future (1985)
Question: I heard that at one point during the part where Marty's being sent back to the future, Doctor Brown is seen putting the letter from Marty in his pocket. Is this true?
Chosen answer: In the scene where Doc tears it up, he stuffs the pieces into his jacket, because he is distracted by the tree limb that falls and "unplugs" the cable from the Clock Tower. He was likely going to throw the pieces away, but did not have time. We are then led to realize that when Doc got home after Marty left, he found the pieces in his pocket and became curious, thus taping it back together and following Marty's instructions in 1985. On a side note, since Marty comes back to that spot at the end of BTTF 2 to get Doc's help to go back to 1885, Doc had even more time to spend with Marty in 1955, and even more reason to become curious as to the contents of Marty's letter.

Look for it before the mouse says, "Dumbo, the great!"

Grease (1978)
Trivia: During the dance, Danny is shown dancing with Sandy and singing a portion of the song "Those Magic Changes." Sandy then says he's very good and that he should take singing up professionally. The song was used as a dance number in the film).

Trivia: A popular film poster shows Emily and Victor reaching their hands toward one another. Emily's bony hand is on her right and Victor's suit and vest are backwards (note its buttons). Some say it was for legal reasons - Johnny Depp's name was supposed to appear on the poster first because of a contract, and they wanted the characters underneath the corresponding star names, hence the issue. Others say it was simply because the picture looked better with the bride on the right side.

Grease (1978)
Other mistake: In the opening animated sequence, it shows Rizzo taking off a top and her neck stretching. She looks in the mirror. As she is facing the mirror you can see that even with the elongated neck you still should be able to see her face in the mirror, but the elongated reflection just shows the neck looking much longer than it really should. Also, as the animation goes on you see Riz turning sideways but the reflection in the mirror does not match. She is sideways while her boobs in the reflection are facing the other direction. Then when she puts the black blouse on her back is to the mirror but we see her front in the mirror.

Cinderella (1950)
Deliberate mistake: In the famous sequence where the pumpkin turns into a carriage, the fairy godmother stands behind it waving her wand and doing the magic. First mistake: After the transformation, the fairy godmother is stuck in freeze frame with her hands up in the air for the entire time when Cinderella is saying how lovely the carriage is. Another mistake occurs when it cuts to the fairy godmother (after the freeze frame), because her arms are suddenly down and she is moving and talking to Cinderella.

Cinderella (1950)
Audio problem: After Cinderella has run away from the Prince and everything goes back to normal, she discovers that the Fairy Godmother has left her with a single glass shoe. She then proceeds to thank the Fairy Godmother.she says "Thank you so much.for everything." When she says "for", her mouth doesn't move correctly.her mouth is supposed to close in order to say the beginning "f" part, but it remains open, so it looks like she's actually saying "hor" instead of "for".

The Music Man (1962)
Audio problem: If you listen carefully during the conversation between Marian and Ameryllis before "Goodnight, My Someone," you may notice something quite strange. After she is comforted by Marian, Ameryllis asks her, "If A GIRL doesn't have a sweetheart, who's HE going to say goodnight to on the evening star?"

Clifford (1994)
Continuity mistake: When Clifford (Martin Short) and Uncle Martin are talking about Clifford's prank at the gas station, the entire thing is being recorded by a taping device in the room. Uncle Martin says. "I'm gonna punish you, and that means Dinosaur World is out." And Clifford responds with, "I don't understand." However, when Clifford later comes up with an idea to use the tape recording in another one of his schemes, we again hear Uncle Martin say ".punish you, and that means Dinosaur World is out." BUT we hear Clifford respond with "That would be a mistake." Judging that this is a recording of the previous conversation, I don't see why Clifford should be saying something completely different than what he was saying before.

Audio problem: During the song "The Lonely Goatherd," Maria sings, "Men drinking beer with the foam afloat," Marta blows foam from the cups into Maria's face, and she coughs. You can see that Julie Andrews' mouth is not at all in sync with the coughing on the recording.
