Continuity mistake: When Miss Forbes is flipping through the TV channels, you can see an ottoman with a bowl of food on it to her right, and it's about as tall as her mid-shins area. After she turns the TV off, the ottoman and bowl are now in front of the TV, while the ottoman itself is nearly as high as her waist. (00:15:01)

Continuity mistake: When Mandarin attacks Tony Stark and lifts him in the air, Hypnotia has suddenly appeared next to Julia when the shot changes. Given that she wasn't visible in any previous shots, even if Hypnotia was standing near Julia, not enough time had passed once Tony was lifted for her to appear in that spot. (00:17:56)

The Wedding of Iron Man - S1-E13

Plot hole: When Mandarin is concluding that Tony Stark and Iron Man are one and the same, he is watching video footage of when he had Tony Stark captive, and Tony first constructed the Iron Man armor and used a dummy that looked like himself in order to fool Mandarin into thinking that Iron Man was rescuing Tony Stark from captivity. If Mandarin had video footage of Tony Stark in that room where he organized his own rescue, then he also would have had footage of Tony Stark constructing the dummy of himself in the first place, and thus would have known Stark was Iron Man from the get go. Continuity mistake: When Mandarin destroys MODOK's robotic raven, MODOK is facing the monitor. When the shot changes, he is suddenly facing Mandarin. (00:06:52)

Continuity mistake: When Tony is concluding that Mandarin has been eavesdropping on Force Works for some time, we see a shot of, from left to right, Century, Julia, and Wanda. After Rhodey says he agrees with Tony, it is now shown from left to right to be Julia, Wanda, and Century. In the next shot, it is back to the original formation. (00:05:31)

Plot hole: This episode establishes that Magneto lost his family in the Holocaust, which is taken from the comics. However, the season 1 episode Enter Magneto established that Magneto lost his family when a guerilla army occupied his country.

Other mistake: When the helicopters are attacking Magneto, they are firing their guns at him, and then he destroys them, at which point you can see the occupants parachuting away at the same time the helicopters explode. There's no way they could have been operating the guns and then jumping out of the helicopter to safety in one second. (00:06:01)

Continuity mistake: When Jubilee is saying goodbye to her foster parents, the topper on the roof of the taxi has "Taxi" written in bold lettering. When Jubilee is getting in the taxi, the lettering is nowhere near as bold, and an extra light has appeared on each side of the taxi, under the headlights. (00:20:01)
