Stupidity: When Iron Man is checking on Rhodey after Iron Man and Mandarin briefly joined forces to defeat the dragons, and Rhodey asks if it's really Tony, believing Tony to have been dead, Iron Man pulls off his mask to confirm it is indeed him. The Mandarin, who is Iron Man's arch nemesis and has been trying to learn Iron Man's secret identity, could still be in the area for all Tony knows. It's foolish on his part to remove his helmet when he has no way of knowing if the Mandarin can see him. (00:19:21)

You can see MODOK has pupils on his eyes, and he is grimacing. When the shot changes, his eyes are back to being their usual blank appearance, and his mouth is closed. (00:17:44)

Other mistake: When Tony is sealing the door to his jet shut, he rotates the handle in a full circle, and Rhodey does the same thing, but in the opposite direction when he exits the jet. Continuity mistake: When Tony Stark is talking to the reporters before boarding his jet, the interior side of the door is gray. Once he boards the jet and seals the door shut, the interior is now red. (00:06:48)
