Continuity mistake: When Lykos transforming into Kazar, his wings tear out of his jacket sleeves, and are incorrectly colored the same brown as the jacket. A couple of shots later, his wings have disappeared and don't form again until his entire jacket is torn off. (00:07:13)

Trivia: Chris Potter, who voiced Gambit in the animated series, was brought in to audition for the role of Cyclops. By his own admission, he didn't want to play the character, and wanted to hold out and play Gambit in a live action role, feeling that Gambit would finally appear in the next installment following the release of every film. Potter for his part admitted he was too old to play the character by the time he was finally adapted to live action in 2009.

Other mistake: When Adam is saying to Dr. Gordon "What I saw was you get into your car, that's it," Leigh Whannell's natural Australian accent slips through on the last two words. (01:18:09)

Saw II (2005)

Question: Why would there be a tunnel system with an industrial bathroom beneath a house in a neighborhood? I know John Kramer was involved in real estate with his wife and lawyer before he became Jigsaw, so it would make sense that he probably designed it, I'm just not sure what purpose it would serve.

Phaneron

Answer: It serves as the perfect location for John to set up and play his "games."

jacrispy

But it was mentioned in Saw IV that John was involved in real estate development prior to becoming Jigsaw. So if those tunnels already existed underneath those houses, what purpose would they serve?

Phaneron

Unless the houses were built on a former industrial unit which would explain the tunnels and industrial bathroom. But it wouldn't explain why they were left there when the houses were built.

Saw VI (2009)

Factual error: The license plate on the back of Jill's car does not specify the state. It only has the number listed and "Fairweather State" written at the bottom. While it's never specified what state the Saw films take place in, every U.S. state and Washington D.C. require vehicles to have a state-issued license plate on the rear of the vehicle, so it can't be a vanity plate. Saw V (2008)

Question: The MPAA rating for this movie lists among its reasons "partial nudity." Am I missing something, or was this reason categorically false? The only thing approaching brief nudity I could spot in this film are the crime scene photos and flashback of Hoffman's slain sister, in which she is wearing a spaghetti strap top, and even then, there's hardly any cleavage.

Phaneron

Answer: Honestly, the only other scene I can think of is the opening scene, where the victim is a man wearing nothing but underwear. I guess that would be the other instance of "partial nudity" in the film. In truth, the MPAA seems to really have it out for horror movies in general (just look at all the terrible stories about the "Friday the 13th" movies being butchered by the MPAA), so they were probably just purposely being over-harsh and considering people in undergarments to be "partial nudity."

Savage Land, Strange Heart (2) - S3-E9

Continuity mistake: When Storm is explaining her behavior to Rogue, the communication devices from her chest are missing, owing to her ripping them off a few scenes earlier. Moments later when Rogue is draping a blanket over Storm, the communication devices are suddenly back in place. (00:20:12)
