Audio problem: At the very beginning of the episode, the Silver Surfer emerges from a wormhole screaming "No." If you look closely as he is approaching the camera, his mouth is closed until just before he slows his approach.
Trivia: The final five episodes of this series are somewhat of a precursor to both the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. The Secret Wars episodes featured a large crossover with characters from other established Marvel TV shows from the same time period, including X-Men, Iron Man, and Fantastic 4. The two-part series finale featured Spider-Man teaming up with several Spider-Men from different realities in order to stop a catastrophe that could affect all realities.
Mr. Turner: Hey George, what's up? Mr. Feeny: Well, I just wanted to be sure you knew that the Hunter boy missed his history test this morning.
Mr. Turner: He what? Cory: Oh, that's my fault, my fault. I was supposed to tell you that Shawn had a severe case of, uh, help me out here. Mr. Feeny: Sloth? Cory: Yes, Hong Kong sloth.
Mr. Williams: I'm here to teach you to find the truth in the media. Because there is a difference between what they say, and what is real.
Mr. Turner: That was very good. Watch this: Hunter, what did he just say? Shawn: Something about Israel.
Mr. Turner: Man, I'm sorry, Eli. I still think you would've made a great teacher though, man.
Mr. Williams: Why? I mean, I have nothing to say to kids. I don't even understand kids.
Mr. Turner: But you know how to communicate, man, and you know how to do it honestly.
Mr. Williams: And that's what got me fired from producing the 6 o'clock news. I'm trying to show people what's really going on with slumlords in Philadelphia, and the station manager is saying "Well, let's see more of that woman that walks to work naked."
Frankie: Hey! [Picks Cory up and slams him against locker.] Cory: What'd I do!?
Frankie: You were almost in my way. Cory: [Looks over notes] You're Frankie Stecchino, right?
Frankie: Yeah, how'd you know? Cory: [Reading notes] "Strong territorial sense." Shawn: We were just looking for our homeroom.
Joey: [Points at locker] It's in there. Shawn: In there?
Joey: Right there. Shawn: Thank you. Thank you very much. [Opens locker] Hey, I'm the first one here. [Gets in locker and closes it.]
Frankie: And now for you. Why was you almost in my way? Cory: You know, if I was in my homeroom, I wouldn't be anywhere near your way.
Frankie: Huh?
Joey: I think he's saying that if he was someplace else, he wouldn't be here.
Frankie: What? You sayin' I'm gay!?
Joey: No, no I didn't say that. Come on, let's finish him off.
Frankie; No, I need to be alone with my thoughts.
Vader: Feeny, you can't tell me what to do anymore. I'm not one of your punk students. I'm the face of death! Mr. Feeny: You were scarier when you had acne.
Cory: Alright Joey, you want me, you got me.
Joey: Good. Tonight, midnight, the abandoned warehouse on 7th. Cory: No, 4 o'clock, Feeny's backyard.
Joey: No, 8 o'clock, the abandoned shipyard by the pier. Cory: No, dinner time, my kitchen.
Joey: Is it abandoned?
Mr. Feeny: Mr. Hunter, the girl in the white turtleneck, is that Ingrid Iverson? Shawn: That's her. Mr. Feeny: What on Earth has she done to herself? Shawn: Oh, she didn't do it, we did. Cory and me. Mr. Feeny: "Cory and I," Mr. Hunter. Shawn: Oh yeah, sure, now everybody wants to take credit.
Revealing mistake: When Cory and Shawn are holding band auditions, if you watch the guy that is shredding on guitar, you can see that although he is moving his fingers all over the fret board, his picking hand remains motionless, showing that he isn't actually playing and the sound was added in post production.
Continuity mistake: When the Leader is preparing to force Banner to transform into the Hulk, he shoots Gargoyle in the left shoulder with a blaster for being insolent, which leaves a hole in the corresponding area of his clothing. Moments later, the hole has disappeared.
Other mistake: After the Abomination abducts Bruce Banner from the cavern, he causes a complete cave-in at the entrance. When Rick and Betty come to, they are able to see perfectly fine despite the sun being completely blocked out. Rick even states when he and Betty start to remove all the rocks that are blocking the opening that they need to find some blue sky before they can find Bruce.
Continuity mistake: When Betty and Rick are attacked by the giant scorpion, the other mutated desert creatures appear perched on the humvee from out of nowhere.
Factual error: When Betty's humvee breaks down in the middle of the desert, she gets out and steps over a scorpion. The scorpion is shown to have 10 legs (4 standard legs and 2 pincers). Scorpions have 8 legs.
Wow, you're right. I looked up a bunch of images of scorpions before posting this and somehow all the pictures I saw before posting showed them with 6 legs, but now I'm seeing pictures of them with 8 legs.
Continuity mistake: When Thunderbolt Ross is talking about cutting a star out of the Hulk's hide, he is leaning against what remains of a wall after a hole was torn through it. When the shot changes to the Leader watching Ross through his insect drone, the section of the wall that was directly in front of Ross is now missing.
Continuity mistake: When the Hulk is fighting the army helicopters in the desert, the color of the sky and the position of the sun indicate that it is twilight. When the Hulk takes cover in the canyon, the sun is setting at an unrealistically rapid pace. It transitions from twilight to nighttime faster than the helicopters can travel a quarter mile.
Continuity mistake: When Talbot asks Betty why she is always helping the Hulk, they are standing next to a pipeline. When the shot changes, they have instantly moved several feet away from it.
Trivia: During scenes in the Icebox, you can see a pale-skinned mutant with long platinum-blonde hair and an omega tattoo on his forehead. This is Omega Red, one of Wolverine's enemies from the comics, and who once also battled Cable.
Other mistake: Whenever Mike is shown facetiming with Mandy, Chuck and other characters, the image on the screen in which he appears remains perfectly still, showing that his interactions were filmed with a steadicam and not his smart phone.
