Trivia: This film has a couple of (seemingly deliberate) nods to the much-maligned Batman and Robin. One is that Ozymandias' suit has nipples on it, similar to the suits of the title characters of the aforementioned film, which is one of its many sources of criticism. The second is the trailer used the song "The Beginning Is the End Is the Beginning" by the Smashing Pumpkins, which is the closing track on the Batman and Robin soundtrack.
