Corrected entry: When the scene crashes in San Diego, all the men on the ship were killed. There was a scene that got erased when a raptor escaped and killed all of them. But it has been said that the raptor didn't kill them until the ship crashed. So how come the crew on the ship didn't respond when they were talking with them on the radio? It makes no sense. Correction: If you look for Klayton Fioretti (or something like that) on YouTube, he fully explains this sequence but not with the Raptors being responsible, simply because they weren't.
