Ray's Journal - S5-E14

Revealing mistake: Marie acts like she is reading from Raymond's diary, however from the angle that she's holding it, it's obvious that there's no writing on the page except for a standard header on every page. Raymond also doesn't write anything when she asks him to amend the entry.

The Monsters are Due on Maple Street - S1-E22

Plot hole: The street sign in the beginning is all wrong: it faces the camera rather than the street where the story takes place. In a typical American city, street signs are almost always placed in the direction of the street they are indicating, so drivers on the other street in the intersection know what they are turning onto or passing. In other words, the story is not set on Maple Street! Maple Street is the intersecting street at the end of the road the story is set on.

Father Knows Best - S2-E2

Plot hole: The bedroom scene finds Robert sitting up in bed after getting home from the hospital with his upper thigh injury. If he really had a wound in that spot, there's no way he could sit like that.

mirtom

The Sister - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: Marie comes over with a cake shaped like a cross. In almost all the scenes where the family is sitting at the table different pieces of cake are missing. In some of the camera angles there are no pieces of cake cut from the bottom yet when the cake is seen from other angles there are.

Then, when Ray comes in minutes later, it is suddenly dark and pouring rain.

Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the episode, Cliff Huxtable is sitting in the living room with his father Russell, Sgt. Stokes, and Homer. He is telling them of an incident that happened while he was in Bermuda. He is using dominoes to explain his story. At first there are about six or seven dominoes standing up on their sides. The Twilight Zone (1959)

Mr. Bevis - S1-E33

Continuity mistake: In the early scene when Bevis tumbles down the stairs of his apartment, a little boy watches and then holds his hands over his eyes. In the next shot, the boy is shown walking outside, but then the camera cuts and he is shown back inside, his hands still over his eyes.

The Eye of the Beholder - S2-E6

Other mistake: For someone whose entire head has been bandaged for several weeks, Janet Tyler's curly hair is remarkably unflattened when the bandages are finally removed, and her thick mascara isn't smeared in the least. (00:00:15)

A Nice Place to Visit - S1-E28

Revealing mistake: After Valentine finds out he isn't in Heaven, he tries frantically to open the door. As he does, you can see the whole wall and door frame moving along with the door, showing that it's fake.

The Lonely - S1-E7

Factual error: Corey is in solitary confinement on an asteroid. However, asteroids are neither large enough nor stable enough to hold an atmosphere. In addition, the distance from earth stated in the episode wouldn't be much further than the moon; there are no asteroids in a stable, regular orbit around the the moon or the earth, nor around the sun anywhere that close to earth.
