She then rams the van twice with great force, and yet her car has minimal damage, only to the corner of the car.

They locate him in Queens, but now it's night and raining. However, when the chase began, it was bright daylight and clear. Maggie chases him into a crypt, and in the last scene, daylight is shining through a window.

Plot hole: Price suddenly asks for a recess while questioning the defendant and exits the courtroom. It is dark outside but courts would not be working in the evening during a regular session. Furthermore, the episode was not set in the winter since no-one was wearing coats during the episode.

Question: Hopper's brother, who died fairly early in the film and really didn't do too much fighting of the aliens received the second highest Navy award for valor, the Distinguished Service Cross. Whereas Hopper, who saved the world, who had the initiative after his own ship was destroyed to commandeer a vintage battleship and lead it into battle, knocked out the aliens' ability to communicate, etc, received a lesser honor - the Silver Star. Why the disparity?

Continuity mistake: Dalton and the terrorist are fleeing from the building when Locke arrives and hits the terrorist who has backed into the street with his car, thereby saving Dalton. They switch positions, moving the SUV behind the bus so that they can protect the hostages and return fire. The next shot in the command post via a drone shows the original lineup, with the school bus behind the SUV.

Continuity mistake: Reese orders the cab driver to smash through a car blocking their escape which causes considerable damage to the front driver's side of the car. This damage is shown in one of those computerized captured pictures this show uses throughout each episode. Then in the next scene, when the cabbie is standing alongside his now parked cab, the front driver's side is now perfect, but when he walks around the car to talk to Reese, the passenger side is damaged. The passenger side had been untouched in the crash.

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film, when all the main characters pull up in a jeep to meet David and Steven who have just returned to earth, Jasmine leaps out first and is shown running alone toward them, yet Connie gets to the men first. This cannot be explained by Connie being faster than Jasmine as the distance is too short(the rest of the group stroll to the men in only seconds). Connie would have to run like the wind.
