Corrected entry: When Joe and the rest of the White House staff are checking out the crops, they tell him that they have found Rita. When she asks him what he's doing Joe says that they made him secretary. Rita asks him "Secretary of what?" but he never tells. A couple of seconds later, when they are walking across the field, she asks him something along the lines of "How did you get to be Secretary of Interior", but no one ever told her what he was secretary of.

Corrected entry: After the events of 9/11 it has been illegal to bring knives on board a plane. Yet Locke manages to bring an entire set of knives on board.
Correction: It was stated in the show (episode 1.04) that Locke checked the knives (ie: they were in the aircraft's cargo hold with the rest of the luggage). Locke didn't bring the knives on board in his carry-on.

Ocean's Eleven (2001)
Corrected entry: The two guards outside the vault doors get gassed and then bound by their hands and feet. Afterwards, while Matt Damon and George Clooney are putting batteries into the bomb detonator outside the vault, you can see the two guards behind them on the floor, unbound.
Correction: I went through this scene twice. During this scene the camera only tilts down enough to see the floor a minimal number of times. I was unable to see the guards, let alone make out their status. This mistake may have been corrected for the DVD version of the film.

Correction: Rita could easily tell that Joe was the "Secretary of the Interior". If you look closely, people's positions are printed on their shirt sleeves - including Joe.
