The Huntress Returns - S1-E17

Other mistake: When the Huntress is attacking the safehouse, she fires a shotgun blast at Green Arrow who's several feet away, hitting a door behind him and leaving a small hole, as would be made by a slug, rather than pellets (which would have spread out a lot over that distance). She then shoots the door lock right next to her, which gets riddled with small pellet holes.

Partners in Crime - S4-E1

Other mistake: The security guards shoot away the lock on the door, which they then kick down with no real effort. But the door would still be held in place by the hinges - they don't kick it with enough force to rip the hinges out, and even if they had, we can see that there's no damage on the hinge side of the door anyway to demonstrate their forcible removal. Other mistake: When the bad guys are searching the database for facial matches with Michael Vaughn, it shouldn't take them very long, as there are only 5 or 6 different faces that flash up on screen, just repeated over and over.

Other mistake: Just after Danny Glover's shot the guy by the pool, Mel Gibson goes to handle the two girls. We hear all the exchanges between him and them offscreen, such as "don't move or I'll break your arms", etc., ending with him saying "Got 'em", and we hear a pair of handcuffs click. When we see the girls, they're either side of a tree, with the camera-side cuffs on a wrist each. But we only heard one set of cuffs (all while off-screen, so there's no reason we wouldn't have heard another set go on), and with only one set on, there's nothing to stop them running away. Other mistake: When the Terminator blows his way into the lab, Dyson stops Sarah from going on, saying "the fire's set off the halon system," referring to the gas which starves the fire of oxygen. However, the subtitles on the DVD say "the fire's set off the halo system." (01:43:20)

Other mistake: Just after the top of the truck's been sheared off, the T-1000 sticks his head back up and pushes the shattered windscreen out. He then steers quite severely right, then left, but given how narrow the area is he's driving down, that would have slammed him into both walls. (00:35:25)

Other mistake: Right at the end of the episode, Phoebe's got a job interview. We see the outside of a massage parlour, but the name on the awning has been superimposed - it moves about a bit while the shot itself is still. (00:20:45)
