Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: When the mothership starts firing at the Simpsons, Homer drops the clipboard and pencil he was holding and it lands on the ground. Two shots after, the clipboard and pencil have disappeared. It couldn't have been out-of-frame because when it lands on the ground, it is in line with the path leading to the house, and the area surrounding the path is shown two shots after.

Continuity mistake: Enter the Cheatrix: When Bart and Lisa walk up to the Rift Portal after saving Frink, the device attached to the side of it changes design between shots.

Continuity mistake: Enter the Cheatrix: There is a machine next to Bart, Lisa and Frink when they reunite in the end cutscene. This machine has three sections to it. When the shot cuts to Bart and Lisa, all three sections of the machine are visible in the shot, but Frink cannot be seen in the shot. Then the shot cuts to Frink (with all three sections of the machine being visible in the shot), and Bart and Lisa cannot be seen even though they should be right next to it.

Continuity mistake: Enter the Cheatrix: When Bart and Lisa walk up to Professor Frink whilst he is climbing down the ladder, the machine next to them has a couple of dials on them. Around these dials are a series of small lines (presumably a way of measuring different gauges). When the shot cuts to focus on Bart and Lisa, these lines around the dials have disappeared. A small arrow attached to the dials also disappears.

Continuity mistake: Game Over: Whilst God is explaining the Planet Earth game to the Simpsons, Maggie's face has light cast on it. But later in the cutscene, after the flashback of God losing the manual, Maggie's face is suddenly shadowed.

Continuity mistake: Game Over: When Homer tells God "It's time for some answers", his hands are raised and placed against each other. When the shot cuts, his hands are at his side.

Continuity mistake: Game Over: When Benjamin Franklin is telling Lisa she's a bigger butt-kisser than Thomas Jefferson, he is holding a coffee cup with his hand at the bottom of the cup. Two shots later, his hand is suddenly further up the cup.

Audio problem: Game Over: After Marge says all that's left to do is hope God saves us, Lisa says "That's it, mom." When she finishes the line, her teeth clench together, but there are no words or letters in the line that would have made her teeth clench together in the way that was shown. Clearly the wrong mouth movement was used in the animation.

Casual Person

Revealing mistake: Game Over: When the characters are all running toward the door to Springfield, an anthropomorphic dog from Grand Theft Scratchy can be seen running over a piece of rubble on the ground. His posture or balance are not affected in any way, almost as if it was drawn so his foot wasn't supposed to interact with anything on the ground.

Revealing mistake: Bargain Bin: When Bart is looking up the Simpsons Game on the internet, in the wide shot of the living room, there is a plug socket shown on the wall to the left of shot. This plug socket has no holes to insert the plug into or a switch.

Continuity mistake: Bartman Begins: When Homer asks Bart "what's with the broody get up", there are three buildings shown in the background to the right of shot. A couple seconds later, when Homer and Bart open up the manhole cover, there is now only one large building.

Revealing mistake: Bartman Begins: When Bart is telling Homer about his new powers, there are a couple of buildings to the left of shot that are drawn incorrectly. The doors to these buildings are drawn almost exactly the same as the windows, where there are no door frames or handles shown on them.

Continuity mistake: Game Over: When Lisa runs outside, Homer and Marge walk up to the door to tell her it's not safe. The hallway behind appears brightly lit in this shot. It then cuts to Lisa telling them her plan and when it cuts back to Homer and Marge, the hallway behind them is much more dimly lit.

Revealing mistake: Bargain Bin: When the family run outside to see the mothership flying over their house, they stand on the front doorstep. Homer and Bart's left foot can be seen unnaturally overlapping with the vertical side of the step.

Casual Person

Audio problem: Bartman Begins: Right before Bart goes to lean down to pick up the manual off the ground, he says "This is so weird." When he finishes the line, his mouth can be seen making a circular shape from when he said the R in "weird", however this wouldn't have been possible as the line would have ended with a D, meaning his lips should have been stretched and not making the circular shape that was shown.

Character mistake: Game Over: In the flashback of God playing the Simpsons Game, there is a newspaper article on the wall with the headline "MAN ON MOON." Naturally, there will be spaces in between each of the words, but there are also spaces in between some of the letters in the word MOON; there is a space in between the M and first O, and a space in between the first and second O that shouldn't be there.

Trivia: This game offers 16 levels with different 2-character groupings. There are seven levels with Homer and Bart (eight if you count Game Over for the Wii and PSP versions), three with Bart and Lisa, two with Marge and Lisa, one with Homer and Lisa and one with Homer and Marge. However, there are no levels in the game that feature a 2-character grouping between Marge and Bart. The closest the game ever gets to this is the 4-character grouping Game Over (but only for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions).
