After she runs up some stairs with the luggage still in her hand, the next shot shows her running up more stairs only holding the wig and not the suitcases. They disappear for the rest of the scene.
Continuity mistake: When Miley Cyrus sings "Hoedown Throwdown" and shows the audience the steps for the first time, there is a back shot of her showing the audience cheering and you can see Miley remove the microphone from the stand and start to sing into it. Chosen answer: During a concert, a lot of makeup is used to show through the bright lighting. In this case, Miley may have needed little to no makeup. Also, since Travis is shown asking for the check and Miley goes back and forth so much, it may have taken her a long time, which is why she had to run off every time she got to the restaurant after a few seconds.
