Continuity mistake: When Ana returns home to her husband, they converse outside the house. He asks her how it was in Monte Carlo. As he asks her this, she is entering the front door and he is about 8 feet behind, following her. The next shot shows them both in the house, and they are very close together when she answers that she didn't get what she want.

Continuity mistake: After the Hummer crashes into the train during the chase in Paris, Ana crawls out of the wreck. The right side of her face is covered in streaks of blood. Seconds later, as she runs into the balloon guy, her face is spotless. The blood returns when Ana enters the glass elevator.
Continuity mistake: After the Joes are released from the French, Heavy Duty and Ripcord are walking ahead and talking about Duke. Far shot shows them reaching the edge of the shadow of the building they are leaving. The next shot up close and they are back in the shadow again, and the shadow's position and shape has changed indicating the shot was taken later in the day.
Continuity mistake: Duke and Ripcord are arguing about joining the Air Force. Moments before Duke says "I want to be on the ground in the fight, not flying over it" two large rocks come into view out his window as they pass. Shot cuts to Ripcord's reaction, then back to Duke which takes a few seconds. Those same two rocks come into view again through his window.
Continuity mistake: After the first scene with McCullen getting the red hot mask on his face, another guy is giving a presentation of the new nanomites at an assembly. One shot, he has one hand on the podium and one at his side. The immediately following shot from a distance shows both hands gripping the podium's sides.
Continuity mistake: In the flashback scene where the younger Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow are fighting in the kitchen, Storm Shadow kicks the burners on on the grill as Snake Eyes runs across them. In the next shots, the grill is turned off to allow Storm Shadow to perform his leg lock choke hold just before the Hard Master walks in.
Continuity mistake: When Duke suited up in the van before the car chase in Paris, the Gatling gun was on his right arm, while the rockets were on his left. During the chase, right after they determined the target was the Eiffel Tower, Duke raised his left arm to fire the Gatling gun. Then a few moments later, Duke again raised his left arm to fire a rocket.
Continuity mistake: During the chase in Paris one of the GIs jumps through a train. Since he is heavy and moving forward, and the train is moving to his left, this exit hole in the train would be further back than his entry hole. But in the clip where he is inside the train, you can see the train moving - but he is moving with the train. That is wrong. The train would be moving left relative to him (even though the shot is in slow motion).

Continuity mistake: When Ripcord is chasing down the warheads up high in the "Night Raven" plane, the heads-up-display indicates him being at around 65,000 feet. When he chases one down to Washington DC and is flying no more than 200 feet off of the ground, the HUD is still indicating an altitude of around 65,000 feet.
Continuity mistake: When Ripcord is chasing missiles in the Night Raven, we see a computer screen showing the trajectories of the 3 missiles and Night Raven. But the first missile was shot down immediately after launch (a long time before Night Raven took off). Even though the display reads 'Signal lost' the missile did definitely not get that high.

Continuity mistake: In the final scene when the planes take off from the underground base in the dessert, the distance between the 'roof' holes does not match between the shot when seen from below and from above. From below the holes are quite close, (compared to the size of the holes), but from above they are quite far apart.

Continuity mistake: Right after the missiles are fired, three of the good guys run to the missile tube carrying rappelling ropes. Not a whole lot - maybe 50 meters, or 100 meters at max! But when you look down the missile tube - it is DEEP. Nevertheless they have just the right amount of rope to reach the bottom.
