Continuity mistake: Batwoman has an extended battle with a dude on top of the semi. In the last phase of the battle (when he charges at her after nearly having been knocked out and is by his buddy in the mirror), there's no trace of the debris and torn tarp, nor of the gun. (00:03:10)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Dr. "Rocky" is eating sushi with Wayne, the table in close-up as she picks up the sushi is different from the following shot (one roll less, different position of the soy bowl and the cup). (00:14:20)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When the villains rush Batman, Batwoman and Robin in the middle of the Beaks' warehouse, the first few fly away hit when obviously the three heroes have not moved yet a single inch. (00:17:20)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: After Batman's visit, Duquesne is having breakfast with his daughter. Her shadow on the back of the chair is drawn in two opposite directions in the two separate shots. (00:20:55)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: In his target practice, Robin hits with a batarang dead center in the close-up, but in the wider shot the weapon is near the top of the red circle. (00:28:50)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Penguin puts down the receiver from his call with Bane, the cord is on the desk. When Batwoman advances from the shadows, the cord is dangling off the desk. (00:35:10)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: At his club, Penguin shoots a bat-seeking missile at Batwoman; she shoots a bat-rope and we see that she is near a table. When she dodges the missile the part of the floor where it explodes is all empty, no tables or chairs. (00:37:10)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Batman looks at the doorway Kathy is standing in when Batwoman just made her escape. She is holding her hand on the door in two different spots (also the doors themselves open one inward and one outward in the second shot). (00:37:55)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Batman surprises Rocky in her apartment. The way he walks towards her after saying "Nice moves for a computer geek" is inconsistent (he came towards her from a corner, walks a good portion of the room, and is still almost in the same spot at the cut), plus, more noticeably, his shadow is perfectly circular at his feet while he is walking into the very angled light from the windows, complete with marked shadows from the window frame. (00:43:05)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Cards and chips change position on the table in almost every shot once Penguin receives the phone call from Bane saying that he just captured Batwoman. (00:51:55)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: The laceration in Kathy's cape when she's dangling by the ship's exposed beams change greatly in size and shape when she's helped up by daddy. (01:03:15)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Bullock's binoculars (alongside Gordon's) disappear when Batman needs to be helped off Batwoman's glider, and reappear when he's talking to Sonia. (01:07:50)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Sonia is placing the picture with her father in the box, the content of the box itself changes as the shot changes (specifically the proportion of the blue book closer to her). (01:08:30)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When the Batwoman is fleeing at the very beginning of the movie, she is shot at by her pursuers from below. The shot, represented by a yellow streak, is then seen coming from above before it strikes the vehicle she is on.

Alfred: Could it be an old foe in a new disguise? Perhaps Catwoman?
Bruce Wayne: No. Even Selina Kyle has more regard for human life. This is someone entirely new, Alfred. The last thing Gotham City needs is some vigilante running amok.
Alfred: As they say in the streets, I ain't touching that one.
