Continuity mistake: In the scene in the bullring, Fathom is knocked down by a pursuing bull. We see black underwear under her dress after she falls down. She gets knocked down a second time shortly after and this time it has changed to white.
Continuity mistake: In the plane chase at the end, Raquel Welch's plane goes into a bad spin (outside shot). We then cut to the inside of her plane, and the background is just rocking slightly from side to side.
Revealing mistake: In the bull ring scene, in the close up shots it's Raquel Welch, in the pulled back shots it's obviously a stuntman in drag with her voice dubbed in.
Continuity mistake: In the boat where Raquel Welch and the character Mike find the dragon, she dives in the water with shoes on, then underwater she is barefoot. Then when she is on land and running away, she has shoes on again.
