Factual error: The movie takes place in the first half of October which is the beginning of the "Antarctic summer" not that far away from the Antarctic circle. That means there should be a lot of sunlight and sun should only set for couple of hours. However all the exterior scenes in Antarctica are shot in darkness.

Factual error: Lex reaches the top of Lho La Ice Fall (Nepal) to find Max there standing in front of an Eurocopter AS350 helicopter. The problem is that this helicopter has a service ceiling of about 15,000 ft., and Lho La Ice Fall is at almost 20,000 ft. This is far beyond the capabilities of the helicopter's performance. Continuity mistake: Lex gets the Predators glowing green blood splashed on her clothes when the alien kills it. Next shot her clothes are clean.

Alexa 'Lex' Woods: Where exactly on the ice is this?
Charles Bishop Weyland: It's not on the ice, it's 2000 feet under it.
