Continuity mistake: When Bond and Honey are rescued in the small boat, Bond rises and places his hand on the side of the boat. From the opposite angle, his arm is resting on the side.
Plot hole: It's assumed that Dr. No had Professor Dent slip the spider into Bond's hotel room that night but if it were that easy to do that then why not just hide an assassin in the room to begin with. Someone had to be in the room to tamper with Bond's briefcase, the closet, and possibly the bottle of liquor so just hide an assassin instead of waiting for the spider to kill Bond. (00:40:00)
Visible crew/equipment: As Bond gets into the car in Jamaica, a boom is reflected in the paintwork of the car as he says to take him for a drive. (00:18:30)
Visible crew/equipment: When we see the band playing in Pussfeller's club, the camera shadow can be seen moving over the bassist's jacket. (00:30:40)
Audio problem: Pussfeller says "No-one died from my cooking yet" However the audio is overdubbed as it's too clear. (00:30:20)

Factual error: When Bond and Honey are machine-gunned from the boat it is a Bren gun, but the magazine appears to be the wrong way round and faces backwards.
Plot hole: When the receptionist is showing Bond and Honey their rooms she opens the closet with clothes for Honey and says they just got their sizes the night before. How? Dr. No's people didn't know about Honey at all until she showed up with Bond, and they weren't even seen together until they were found in the swamp just several minutes before. (01:19:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When Honey Ryder is telling James that she gets $50 in Miami for her shells, a large boom microphone, grey with silver clips, is visible in the lower left corner of the screen. (01:04:37)
Revealing mistake: When Honey is telling Bond how much money the shells are worth there is someone bobbing up and down just under Honey, possibly a film crew member holding an unseen microphone.
Revealing mistake: Every time a shot of the hallway outside of Bond and Honey's room in Dr. No's lair is shown there are several doors on the same side of the hallway that lead too nowhere. Notice when Bond enters the room looking for Honey near the end we don't see the reverse of the doors from the inside of his room.
Continuity mistake: When we see a close up of Sylvia's £100 tokens, they are mis-aligned and not neat. When the shot changes to the dealer picking them up they are stacked neatly. (00:07:30)
Continuity mistake: When we first see the skyline of London we can see that Big Ben is showing 3 o'clock we also hear Ben's chimes. When we see the casino for the first time the clock is showing 2:50. (00:06:40)
Continuity mistake: When Dr. No is explaining how he left with $10 million, Bond has his hand raised to his mouth. Camera changes to Dr. No's perspective and Bond's hand is lowered. (01:26:20)
Continuity mistake: When we first see Bond and Quarell talking in the bar, Quarell asks if Bond likes good eating, to which Bond replies he does. Camera cuts and his entire facial expression has changed from smiling and laughing to a deadpan serious one. (00:28:30)
Continuity mistake: At Strangways', Bond touches a book that is atop a second one on a white bookcase. When we get a closeup of the book (Geological Configuration) the second book has disappeared. (00:23:30)

Continuity mistake: When shooting at the armored car, Bond tell Honey to get down and her head is below Bond's shoulder. Camera cuts and now it's above his shoulder. (01:13:40)
Continuity mistake: Once meeting Honey, the wet patches on James' clothes are constantly changing between instant cuts. (01:05:05)
