Factual error: In the scene where the Learjet takes off the jet starts to roll. Then there is the shooting with the SWAT team, towards the end of the shooting the pilot pushes the power levers forward to accelerate. Regarding the short take off run they had on the bridge, the pilot would have stayed on the brakes until the engines were at full thrust, then released the brakes, started rolling and wouldn't touch the power levers until after liftoff or in emergency.

Continuity mistake: During the bus scene TJ stops Montel from getting away by crashing the beige car into the cop car that Montel tried driving away in. When he does this the beige car drives into the intersection crashing into a blue car. Then the angle changes and shows the beige car undamaged but the blue car was damaged.
Continuity mistake: After the scene were the helicopter is shot down by the sniper we see a large piece of the helicopter (possibly a piece of the rotor) dislodge and get stuck in the side of an air vent. Then shot changes to show the copter crash into the street below. When the shot changes back to show the S.W.A.T members getting up there is a clear shot of the air vent with no piece of metal sticking out of it.
Continuity mistake: During the verbal fight between Gamble and Street after the bank incident, Gamble grabs Street and slams his head into the mirror and you see glass in Street's hair from the reflection, but when the camera changes to a view of the back of Street's head, you see no glass.
Continuity mistake: During the escape attempt from the bus, one of the bad guys is seen standing in front of the fake police car waving off real police cars pulling up to the scene. The camera angle changes and you now see the same bad guy leaning up against the police car not doing anything.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Sam Jackson and Colin Farrell are stopped from escaping the subway tunnel at a locked gate, they get the idea to blow the lock with explosives but there is a visible, unexplained string extending from the lock as it is used to create the effect of the lock being blown off.
Revealing mistake: In the beginning of the scene right before Street and Hondo are in the car talking about where they used to serve the camera shot from outside shows the car driving along the road and also a man with a blue cap and backpack looking into the camera, then quickly turning his head away.
Continuity mistake: Right before the team gets paged for the first time, you see one of the members having a glass of wine. After he takes a sip, you see his hand still near his mouth. The camera angle changes and his hand is no longer near his mouth. Camera angle changes again and his hand is back near his mouth.
Factual error: When Alex Montel gets into the police car and backs away really quick you see TJ get in the car and try to block him. When Alex slams into the car, there is a shot from above, where he hits TJ then TJ's car slams into another car. Then they cut to another shot and you see Alex hitting TJ and there is no 3rd car being hit.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the SWAT team encounters the Lear jet on the 6th Street bridge , the limo that the SWAT team commandeered has multiple bullet holes along the driver's side. The direction of all the firepower encountered by the limo was from directly in front (the 2 parked cars and the jet). I assume the sideshots came from the "airport security" blockade at the entry to the 6th Street bridge but were edited from the final film.
Continuity mistake: When Street tells his partner that he's staying with the team, his partner walks up to him and pushes him back into the mirror above the sink. You see Street taking a few steps away from the sink and standing straight up. The camera angle changes and you now see Street sitting on the edge of the sink.
Revealing mistake: During the shoot-out between Hondo and TJ near the beginning, the two of them are running towards their targets and the view is from TJ's right side. As TJ is closing on his target, his pistol jams with the slide locked back, yet he acts like he is shooting normally. The sound of gunfire is added.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene after the team parties, when they are walking in the parking lot, just before Colin Farrell goes on the date. They are talking to each other and the camera pans towards LL Cool J (the camera pans to where the shadows are in front of the shot), you can see the shadow of the man holding the boom mike above his head, the boom, and a camera man holding a camera, all just to the left of LL Cool J on the ground.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning when the SWAT team has been dropped on the roof, the helicopter also drop the ropes. From above we can see the ropes land at least ten feet away from the ventilation shaft. When it cuts to POV of one of the SWAT members we can see the rope lying right next to the shaft.
Continuity mistake: There is a shot where an unmarked police car pulls up next to the subway entrance and the cops open the doors (and 3 other cop cars pull up behind this car, however in a following shot from a different view we see the unmarked cop cars open again and this time only 2 cars pull up behind it
Continuity mistake: In the scene where TJ is taking off with Montel (Olivier Martinez) and Gamble handcuffs Street to the steering wheel, the passenger door is closed and Street (Colin Farrell) kicks out the window. When the rest of the squad arrives to assist, the door is wide open and the window intact.

Continuity mistake: When we see the guy checking the database for Alex Montel, he finds three different names and identities Montel uses. Each identity has a corresponding picture. The guy is searching under the name Claude Bezoul, and we see the picture on the screen that matched for Claude. But then on the printout, that picture is under the alias Alex Montel.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the French bad guys kill the man in the restaurant, a pretty girl disappears. The girl is having dinner with the murdered man, then she is sitting at the bar while the victim and the French bad guy talk privately. When the French bad guy cuts the victim's throat the girl is suddenly gone from the bar. All the other associates in the room are still there, but the girl has vanished.
Continuity mistake: When Montell is pulled over in his dead uncle's car, the camera cuts to the 2 motorcycle officers attempting to stop him, you see both motorcycles have their headlights on as well as emergency lights. When it goes back to Montell looking in the rear-view mirror at them, you see one of the motorcycles headlights is now off and the strobe patterns have changed as well.
Continuity mistake: When Street and Hondo are going to meet Deke and roll up on him chasing the man, Deke and the man he's chasing run over the car and Street gets out. In this angle Hondo is already sliding over into the driver seat. When the angle changes, and is next to the passenger door, Hondo is just then removing his seat belt and sliding over.
Continuity mistake: When Montel tells the journalists about his money offer to whoever gets him out, the journalists are filming him through a wire fence. However, when the footage is shown on TV, it is a clear shot of Montel's face and there is no sign of the fence between him and the cameras.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when the Swat team is training and they raid the abandoned building, you can see one of the men throwing a flashbang into the room, which explodes. The flashbang does not explode at all, it is a visible device which can be seen lying on the floor that explodes. You can even see the wire running through the room.
Continuity mistake: At the very end, as the S.W.A.T. truck pulls away and is driving through the desert after dropping off the prisoner, a call comes through the radio. Street puts his ear-piece on, the camera angle changes to Hondo who is right behind and replying to Street, and Street is again just beginning to put his ear-piece on.
