Continuity mistake: When Daredevil kicks Bullseye off his motorcycle, Bullseye has nothing in his hands when he's flying through the air, but when he lands he's holding Daredevil's baton. Watch closely when Daredevil's kick connects, and you can see they never even come close enough for Bullseye to grab the baton, or for him to snatch it if it was dropped.
Factual error: When Matt Murdock is looking at Elecktra in the rain, he can make out the irises and pupils. This wouldn't be possible for two reasons. Irises and pupils have no depth that could be sensed through his radar sense. Even if they did, he could only see them if the rain was falling straight into her eyes, which would be quite painful and highly unromantic.
Factual error: When Elektra's father is killed, she picks up what appears to be a Glock 19 and empties it in the direction of Ben Affleck. We hear the weapon click a few times indicating it is out of bullets, but the slide is still in the closed forward position, and it should be locked back when it goes empty.
Factual error: Does anyone else find it odd that there were not only one but three window washer baskets hanging on the side of the building? How did the window washers get out of the baskets halfway up/down the building side, jump? Baskets are never left hanging on the building side because 1) it is unsightly and 2) it presents a potential for damage to the basket/building if a high wind or something comes along. They are stored on the roof top where they are secure. They are controlled from the roof or the basket to keep vandals/thieves from gaining access to the baskets.
Continuity mistake: When young Matt is taking a shortcut home and he sees his father beating up a man, he runs away. While he is running, he drops his report card. When we first see him, he is riding his skateboard and not holding anything. [This scene is actually edited from a much longer scene (it is included on the 2004 Director's Cut DVD). Matt was looking for his father at a construction site near the school, and learning he wasn't there, Matt drops his report card into the puddle. This is why, later, he is shown running away with only his skateboard. Still a mistake, but there's why.]
Revealing mistake: When Elektra is fighting Daredevil on the rooftops, at one point he's on a different building, and she screams and jumps across the gap. There are a few problems, however. For one, she floats across the gap. The way she moves and how she stays in the air give away the fact that she's on wires. Another is that it is a very big gap between the two buildings. There's no way anyone could have made that jump normally, especially since the building she's jumping onto is roughly the same height as the one she's jumping from. Finally, the way she lands is impossible. She lands perfectly on her feet, without any stumbling, crouching, or having to slow down. Very sloppy stunt work.
Factual error: A few seconds into the fight between Kingpin and DD, the Kingpin grabs DD and throws him against a wall (horizontally, shortly after the vertical throw). However, the point in the arc at which the kingpin lets go would send DD to the left of the camera. DD flies to the right, as if the Kingpin had held on longer.
Continuity mistake: When Bullseye stabs Elektra it cuts to a view where you can see the sai go into her stomach and out her back. Then they go to a close up of Elektra's face to show the agonizing pain she is feeling. When they zoom back out, Bullseye still has the sai pressed up against her belly, but yet it's not sticking out of her back. Then he finally pulls the sai out of her stomach.
Continuity mistake: In the first church scene when Daredevil drops to the church floor, his cane falls to the floor immediately afterwards. However, towards the end of the flashback sequence when he falls to the floor, his cane never hits the ground, though it is given ample time to do so.
Continuity mistake: Close to the end of the scene where Elektra is practicing in her room with the sandbags, she throws a sai into the sandbag with Daredevils face painted on it. The camera then switches to behind her looking down the length of the room, showing the same sandbag without a sai in it.
Continuity mistake: In the scene following the death of Elektra's dad, we see Matt hitting all of his weapons and helmets to the ground. As he is he knocking down all his 'numchucks' you notice that one in the center stays on the hook. He puts his back to the wall and begins to slide down. If you look to the left of the screen the last weapon has disappeared.
Factual error: When Bullseye is shot through his hands by the sniper, he spreads his hands with the palms straight outward. This would be impossible, because since the bullet went through the back of his left hand and come out the back of his right hand, the bones of his fingers would be bent accordingly. The fingers on his left hand would be bent backwards, while those of his right would be unable to open completely.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Matt Murdock's father is killed in the alley, Matt is wearing his father's robe and hood. As Matt runs towards his father's body the robe falls off and lands behind him. Matt kneels down, without turning, to hold his father, then when the camera pulls back the robe and hood have somehow moved several yards in front of them.

Factual error: When Bullseye is flying from the UK to New York, the exterior shot of the plane shows a Boeing 737 (you can tell by the flat-bottom engine nacelles), but the interior shot of the stewardess shows they are in a widebody plane, which a 737 is not. Also, while not stated, the implication is this is a transactlantic flight (UK to NY), and the older 737s with the flat-bottom nacelles (the "classic" models) cannot fly that distance.
Factual error: After Matt beats down King Pin, he throws a rose off the roof and says. "This is for you, dad." The rose then spins and falls in various positions, hitting petals first on the ground. This would not be how it fell. The petals are light, and the stem heavier. Plus, the petals would have more air resistance. The rose would have fallen stem first the full way down and landed on that.

Factual error: Even with a highly sensitive sense of smell, Matt could not possibly have smelled Electra walking down the street towards the diner that he and his friend were sitting in. There was no evidence of wind, as judging by her hair, and she had not even opened the door yet. Without wind, the air particles, which would carry her sent would follow behind her in a wake. They could not have gotten to the door ahead of her without wind, much less get though a closed door for Matt to smell her.

Continuity mistake: Young Matt is in the hospital. His dad walks into the room and you see a respirator machine and an IV bottle on the window side of the bed. His dad sits down on the same side. You now see the machines on the other side of the bed behind him. Matt comes over and hugs his dad, machines still behind them on the door side of the bed. The camera backs out of the door and the machines have moved to the window side of the bed again.
