Continuity mistake: In the scene at the apartment, Holly is tossing lettuce in a bowl. Behind her is the stove top, where a pot is resting on an unlit hob, and a yellow bowl is to the right of this. In the next cut, we see a flame burning under what appears to be a different pot and the yellow bowl has moved closer to the said pot.

Continuity mistake: At the end, while they are in a taxi, there's another taxi behind them, but when their taxi pulls over and stops, a black car goes by. But, again, in the rear, there is the same taxi. And, again, when the taxi stops, no taxi goes by.

Question: When Paul knocks on Holly's door and she isn't wearing anything, she says to him "would you turn around? Oh, never mind, it's such a silly line anyway - I'll turn around instead." What joke is she referring to?

Answer: Holly is referring to the fact that people often ask others in the room "Will you turn around?" when they are dressing or in the nude, so the person cannot see them naked. She is simply stating she thinks it is odd that the second person is always asked to turn around, when the person herself could turn around.
