There are no muzzle flashes from the machine gun, the cocking handle does not move in time with the shooting, nor does the cartridge belt move through the weapon.

Suggested correction: The carny never says anything about how many rings a player gets. He only tells them the way to win, by getting a ring on a bottle.

When he's leaning up against the poke he says "Here we are folks. Seven hoops for a dollar."

Bishop73

I stand corrected. I just rewatched the scene. He does in fact say seven for a dollar. Interestingly, it's clear he hands Chun five rings, but when the rings are shown on the bottle, SIX are shown.

Continuity mistake: When Remo runs up to the crashed truck with Chiun in it, you see the windshield from the truck resting against the door, but when the camera angle changes to a close up of Remo pulling the door away the windshield is gone.

MCKD

Factual error: The fence surrounding the HARP facility that Remo and Conn break into is supposedly electrified. Not possible - it is a standard chain link fence affixed directly to aluminum posts driven into the ground. If it were electrified it would have to be insulated from the posts; the way it is shown in the film, the electricity would shunt into the ground. When the front-end loader hits it, a plume of firework-like sparks erupts from the point of impact. Also not possible - there was nothing in the bucket of the loader to detonate and the metal hitting against the electrified fence would, at most, cause some small electrical arcs.

Continuity mistake: When breaking out of the HARP facility, Remo puts a front-end loader in drive and bails off it before it crashes through the electric fence. The loader continues driving forward into the field beyond the fence; the motor is still running and it is still in drive. When Remo runs out, the loader has backed up and is now just outside the fence.

Trivia: Chiun says that he is from a village called Sinanju in Korea, and that all martial arts descend from Sinanju, the perfect martial art. In the name of the village, Chiun was telling the truth; it does exist in North Korea. However, the martial art Sinanju is bogus.
