Deliberate mistake: When Betty walks away from the kissing booth it is clear that she has spike-like heels on her boots. When she steps on to the "moon" surface the spike heels are gone. Her spikes are on up to the point where they enter the room. I am pretty sure the crew did not want to puncture the bladder and have water all over the set. (01:07:25 - 01:09:35)

Audio problem: When the nerds have their first party to impress the Tri-Lams, the first song that's playing when they are all sitting around does not match the equalizer on the stereo lighting wise.

Betty Childs: If they win the Homecoming Carnival, they'll be able to take over the Greek Council.
Stan Gable: Yeah. And we'll be up to our asses in nerd shit.
Trivia: The University of Arizona agreed to let the filmmakers shoot at the campus but then revoked permission after reading the script and discovering how raunchy it was. Eventually they again changed their minds and let them shoot. They also allowed many of the students to be used as extras.
