Other mistake: The Eternal's "Domo" is in Iraq. Phastus gives a radar device to Makkari and tells her to go find the Emergence point. We see her sprint away and pass by the Cristo Redentor statue in Rio, and then end up in a spot in the Indian Ocean (she is holding the global map and we see the landmark) that is practically in the Arabian Sea. So the radar brought her literally around the world to get almost to the starting point. Later in the movie Ikaris flies up in space from that spot, and is staring down at South America.

Continuity mistake: Sersi falls into the pool with the deviant and the pool is extremely deep, but when she turns the deviant into a tree and gets out, the pool seems shallow enough to stand in. (01:18:39)

Factual error: It can be argued that the MCU is not quite our world, but certainly mirrors it closely - after all, the movie makes a point to feature real life dates and events such as Hiroshima, showing that even Cap America's actions in Europe didn't alter the outcome of WW2. It's then quite puzzling to see then Sersi gifting the savages in Mesopotamia a golden dagger that reproduces with precision one of the golden daggers in the tombs from Ur; they were Mesopotamian artefacts, sure, but from around 2600 BC and the scene takes place in 5000 BC.

Continuity mistake: When Dane and Sersi hug towards the end of the movie, depending on the camera angle she has her right arm above his shoulder or not. (02:20:50)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: On the beach for the ending, Phastus asks Sersi "How, how did you do it?" Her hair is mostly clean off the shoulder, but in the next shot she has a mess of hair all over that shoulder which goes away again when it cuts back to the previous camera angle. (02:14:00)

Continuity mistake: When the Deviant has Thena in his grasp, he caresses her. As he says "Remember", her hair is in front of the left shoulder, and it was all the way back behind the shoulder in the previous shot. (02:05:50)

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the scene with Thena in the cave, she changes the weapons in her hand to two swords. It cuts to a closer angle, then another, and she (deliberately, not a mistake) switches one weapon to a curved blade. Cut to a wider angle, and someone forgot to add the CGI for that blade, because Angelina Jolie's left hand is gripping thin air there. (02:01:55)

Continuity mistake: Sersi needs to go all the way up the mountain for the Emergence. Phastus tells "We got you. Go", having a hand on her shoulder, gone mid-sentence and the position of Sersi's hair changed entirely as well. (01:59:15)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Phastus starts talking to Sersi about the sphere inside of her, his hand position is inconsistent between shots several times until he mentions the Uni-Mind. (01:53:05)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: On the Hiroshima site, Ajak approaches Phastus. She puts her hand on his back, but it's on the shoulder in the next shot, and only later she slips it to his back. They change position also when she caresses his cheek and in the faraway shot that concludes the intermission. (01:24:55)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: During their lunch together, Sprite turns Gilgamesh's clothes into a baby onesie. Look at Sersi's arm; she changes position between cuts more than once. (00:53:55)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Lunch at Gil and Thena's. Gilgamesh offers the mead to Kingo, and puts both hands on Patel's shoulders. Change of angle and Gil has just his left hand on him. (00:53:20)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Sprite projects one of her illusions to bring back to Thena the memories of her identity. When she says the line "The goddess of war", look at the reaction shot on Thena; for a moment her extended fingertips pops in frame, but only a few seconds later in a different shot we see her dematerializing the blade she was clutching. (00:52:30)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Sersi and the others approach Thena that is painting something by some sort of tree; in the span of a few seconds the shadows cast by the tree and by Angelina Jolie's body have changed significantly (like from 3 o'clock to 6). (00:51:40)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Sersi shows Ikaris the wonders of her smartphone filter; she presents the phone holding it just with her right hand, but in close-up she is holding it differently using also her left hand for support. (00:48:10)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Kingo is a Bollywood star. When we first see him involved in the dance routine, he fixes his hair and leaves the center stage to a female dancer. Meanwhile, in the background there are male dancers entering the scene. Look at the one that occupies the first archway to the right of the center; he's in a different position (close to the guards or close to the other pillar) in separate shots. (00:44:00)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: To convince Thena that she needs to be cured erasing her memories, Ajak puts a hand on her chest. The hand rests on a different spot each time the camera cuts away from it. (00:39:35)

Sammo

Continuity mistake: When Thena wakes up from her first attack of Mahd Wy'ry, there's a close-up of Angelina Jolie opening her eyes, and her mouth. Cut to a side view, and her eyes are open, but her mouth is shut. (00:38:40)

Sammo

Dane Whitman: Why didn't you guys help fight Thanos, or any war, or all the terribe things throughout history?
Sersi: We were instructed not to interfere in any human conflicts unless Deviants were involved.
Dane Whitman: By who?
