Character mistake: The protagonist says "You know, Croesus once said 'Count no man happy until the end is known'" but it's not Croesus uttering that line. According to Herodotus, Solon says it to King Croesus. (00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: When "Brandy" gets on the back seat, her designated victim Peter is holding his minibar liquor bottle. His left hand holds the bottle cap at variable height and sometimes to one side of the headrest, sometimes the other, or above it. (00:03:50)

Other mistake: The opening credits show a bit of Ava's rather extravagant biography. She is involved in a DUI accident that kills two people; the news article says that it happened "early Thursday morning." What follows is a police photo labeled 06/27/95, a Saturday. Then we see the police report; not only the incident time is 10:30 PM, but the date is March 15 1999, which was a Monday. It is not separated incidents, since the police photo is then shown again, next to the "Thursday" article (and the fact described in the article is life-changing). (00:08:10)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning Ava shoots the man's phone out of his hand through the car window. When the car drives away all the windows are intact.

Audio problem: At the beginning of the movie there is a woman riding a motorcycle. It seems to be an adventure bike, but the sound is from a Harley Davidson type of a bike.

Revealing mistake: When Ava holds a knife to the gambling woman's neck, you can see the plastic knife bend.

Other mistake: Ava disposes of her target and reports her Executive code (74598CG). Then she gets as reply from her handler "Management code 840227." Later we see Duke's management code, and it's different (96729CF), which is also the one she types on the plane.

Sammo

Continuity mistake: Final hotel fight scene. She starts off wearing shoes, and then they disappear and reappear.

Bobbi: You should choose carefully what you tell me, Ava, because you can't un-say it, and I can't un-hear it.
