Other mistake: When Lewis looks at the cup that he got from the coffee machine, the cup has two Jacks and two Aces. When he looks at the bottom of the cup, it has a Queen underneath giving him two pairs, but he tells Gwen the receptionist that he got a full house.

Suggested correction: There are more cards displayed on the right side of the 2 aces, we can't see them. There are probably 2 queens there.

No there aren't. There's only 4 cards on the side of the cup. That's the whole point of Wildcard Poker cups, 4 cards with one on the bottom.

Bishop73

Well actually there are 5 on the side of the cup, but indeed that still wouldn't be enough to get a full house with a queen. But still, he is allowed to be wrong.

lionhead

There's only 4 cards on the side of the cup and the card at the bottom. Https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovq9xOQNamk and go to the 00:36 mark.

It's possibly because multiple takes were made of this scene and different cups were used. This can be evidenced by the cup that falls to the floor being different to the one seen in his hand. Presumably, in one take he did have a full house, but they forgot to use the correct cup in the shot that was used.

Continuity mistake: When the nitrogen truck's grille is destroyed by a grenade, the damage is primarily in the upper right corner. In subsequent shots, the damage is more extensive.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Revealing mistake: When the truck chase scene ends with a wheel moving in flames, Terminator and John leave on the bike leaving skid marks on the road. Watch the left side and you'll notice another skid mark from a previous take.

Continuity mistake: The T-1000 has the gun holster on his left side and takes the gun out with his left hand when the guard in the psych ward hits the alarm. A few scenes later when the T-800 (Arnie) asks Sarah to 'come with me if you want to live' the T-1000 walks through the cell doors, the holster is on the right hand side and the gun in his right hand. Suggested correction: The T-1000 can change shape at will so it is safe to say the he changed hands with the gun and switched its holster to suit. The T-1000 uses both hands throughout the film to hold and shoot his gun.

I am not sure if the holster has changed to his right-hand side at all - isn't that just his walkie-talkie, which was there all along? Very few clear shots of his belt in that sequence though. I hate speculative explanations but if it's just the gun changing hands, that doesn't sound too serious... Could just be for opening a door.

Factual error: When Terminator shoots T1000 in the liquid nitrogen truck, the trucks tips over and is still moving which would be impossible. It would just stop dead in its tracks not continue for another 100 feet like it does in the movie.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Revealing mistake: During the chase on the bridge, when the Terminator opens the door of the moving car to shoot at the truck behind, it is obviously stuntman Peter Kent and not Arnie.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day mistake picture

Revealing mistake: When the Terminator stabs the guy leaning over the pool table, on the last shot of him, aching, check a protruding hump on his back, revealing where a safety pad was placed under his clothes.

Continuity mistake: After being visited by Reese, Sarah runs down the corridor. Note the window shadows on the floor: There are two sets of shadows plus a blurry third one. Sarah runs past the second set towards the third, then the shot changes and she has moved back to the first set where she began her run.

Continuity mistake: During the final battle, the T800 at one point is trapped but manages to free himself (losing one arm in the process). He comes back to slice the T1000 in half with a metal bar. The T1000 kicks backwards at him (karate-style) - and the metal bar is flying away! Yet in the following shot, it is still there embedded in the T1000.

Suggested correction: It doesn't fly away. It is wrestled out of the T-800's hands as the T-1000 turns around because it's stuck in the T-1000's body.

Like, to the top left of the frame? Possibly. Depends a bit on playback speed too.

Other mistake: After the Terminator shoots off the first padlock, you see John driving towards an overpass. However, as the Terminator is shooting at the truck, the overpass is nowhere to be seen. Not until it takes the top off the truck.

Revealing mistake: Sarah Conner spins up the drill to remove The Terminator's access port and Arnold flinches as the drill is close to his eyes. A 'real' machine wouldn't flinch. (01:11:40)

The Terminator: I need your clothes, boots and your motorcycle.
Cigar Biker: You forgot to say please.

Trivia: While the characters were running around a hot steel mill, in reality the temperatures in the mill averaged only about 40° Fahrenheit. The actors had to be consistently spritzed with water to make it look like they were sweating.

Question: Why did the T-1000 kill the officer in the beginning and steal his clothes? Later we see the uniform heal so we know he can create clothing.

brianjr0412

Answer: He didn't steal his clothes, but copied them. He can only copy things that he physically touches. He had to touch the cop to take on his look. Also since the cop was a witness to this ruthless killing machine, it needed to kill him to protect itself from being discovered too soon. The Terminator is an infiltration unit on an assassination mission to kill John Connor. As advanced as it is, it needs as little attention drawn to it as possible. Having the entire police force chasing him down would not be ideal for his goal to get Connor and would inevitably slow him down and risk allowing Connor a better chance of escape. The T 1000 also is an emotionless machine programmed by other machines that are intent on killing off all humans in the future. It doesn't value human life, and if anything has been programmed to regard them as a pest to be dealt with. The cop was a means to an ends and an obstacle to take out. As well, the cop did also posses a weapon, and was the T-1000's quickest way to get his hands on a gun.

Quantom X

Answer: While the T-1000 did kill the officer at the beginning (which is pretty much standard behavior for Terminators), it didn't steal the officer's clothes. It merely sampled the officer's appearance as soon as it touched him. However, it did steal the officer's firearm, because the T-1000 could not mimic complex mechanical objects or weapons (it could only mimic stabbing and cutting weapons).
