Revealing mistake: When Bugs performs his tap-dancing act at the theatre, he puts on a Panama hat that goes through his ears. When you see the top of the hat, there are no holes in it.

Continuity mistake: When Bugs is conducting the orchestra at the end of the short, the stand in front of him is black but changes to brown in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: When Bugs takes Elmer's fishing rod away from him, he pulls on the rod and Elmer goes through the hole that Bugs burrowed through and out of Bugs' home. But when Bugs walks off after throwing Elmer away, the hole that he burrowed through is nowhere to be seen.

Continuity mistake: Before Elmer Fudd does his high diving act, you can see the pot behind him has a plant in it but in the next shot the plant has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When Bugs Bunny goes into his changing room, the handle is on the left hand side of the door but in the next shot it is on left hand side whereas it should be on the right.

Continuity mistake: When the curtain raises before Bugs Bunny does his tap dancing act, you can see the background behind him only has a columned building but in the next shot a mansion suddenly appears.

Continuity mistake: When Elmer Fudd shoots Bugs Bunny's dress after discovering he was one of the can-can dancers, there are pieces of Bugs' dress on the floor. But when Bugs runs back after Elmer points his gun at him, the pieces have disappeared.

Bugs Bunny: I'll do it, but I'll probably hate myself in the morning.

Trivia: When we see Elmer pointing his gun at Bugs in order to make him do his second curtain scene, you can see behind Bugs a crate saying "5 Clampett Trained Seals" - a reference to the Warner Brothers director, Robert Clampett.
