Continuity mistake: When Duck Twacy shots the villains through the door, the first villain to appear is a knight and you can see he has nothing in his hand, but in the next shot he is holding a stick of candy.

Continuity mistake: When Duck Twacy notices the street car, he has a magnifying glass in his hand, but when he enters the street car, the magnifying glass has gone.

Continuity mistake: When Duck Twacy draws out his magnifying glass, he is holding it with his right hand, but in the next shot he is holding it with his left hand.

Continuity mistake: When Daffy realises he's Duck Twacy, he breaks the two telephones on his desk. But when we see the telephones in the next shot, they are now completely intact.

Continuity mistake: When Daffy is peering through his hand to look at the Dick Tracy comic, he is lying on grass in the garden. But when we see him in the next shot, he is now in the field.

Trivia: When we see Daffy's silhouette in the door of Duck Twacy's office at the start of the dream sequence, the silhouette of Daffy briefly changes twice into Dick Tracy's silhouette.
