Suggested correction: This is trivia at best, certainly not a mistake. While it's true he wore #12 in high school, there's no reason he couldn't have liked #13 as a child. And, many key position players do get to pick their number, from the available range, which Kurt certainly did.
Continuity mistake: When Tom knocks down the bike at the car, the position of the fallen clothes changes between shots.
Character mistake: When Tony is talking to the Biancis and others, he refers to victim Kevin Turner as "Kevin Grant" at least two times. (00:44:50 - 00:46:27)
Revealing mistake: When Jake is sliding on the floor at the mall trying to grab his retainer, streak marks are visible on the floor from where they practised the shot.
Deliberate mistake: When James started to fall off the ladder, he tried to jump to reach the other side. Thom grabbed his right hand with his and was able to pull him to safety. James' weight and the force with which he jumped and swayed would have most likely resulted in James pulling Thom over the edge with him, and both being seriously injured or killed. (01:22:26)
Factual error: There was a lot of thunder and lightning before the lightning strike that set the barn on fire, but there was no obvious loud thunder AFTER the strike. Lightning can be seen BEFORE the sound of thunder (because lightning travels faster than sound). (00:03:25)
Plot hole: A real estate agent would first ask a prospective home buyer what price range he was interested in and calculate "how much house" he could actually afford to buy before taking him to look at available houses. Austyn took Jim to see multi-million dollar houses, then Jim told her he was "looking in the $250,000 range." Austyn told Jim they could close at $2.5 million and he'd only need 10% down. The 10% down ($250,000) equaled the total amount that Jim wanted to pay for a house. (00:14:03)
Continuity mistake: Chris had strands of his bangs hanging down on his forehead but not a second later when the camera panned to a wider view to include all the group of employees. (00:30:44)
Other mistake: It isn't clear if the poster of the Solar System outside the school was cut off on the right, showing half of Neptune, or if the ninth planet at the time (Pluto) was accidentally omitted. IF the poster was supposed to be complete, its exclusion of Pluto would be an error for the time period (1969) because Pluto was not downgraded to a "dwarf planet" until 2006. Perhaps, only half of Neptune was shown in order to not have to address the changed status of Pluto, making this a deliberate mistake. (00:32:36)

Revealing mistake: The Giles brother who got "hung" when he fell after getting shot by MacMasters can be seen moving his body (mostly arms). (00:04:06)
Continuity mistake: Numerous times throughout the movie (within and between scenes), the length of Amber's bangs varies - from above, to touching, and into her eyebrows. The length even changed, at times, from the beginning to end of a short telephone call.
Visible crew/equipment: When the group realise they have triggered the alarm system, one of them says "Shhh listen" and the boom microphone appears briefly above his head. (00:45:26)
Other mistake: At the Night Driver gallery showing, Haley is reading from a program that describes Anthony's "Say My Name" piece. The text states that Helen Lyle died from "self-emulation" instead of "self-immolation", immolation meaning death by fire.
Continuity mistake: When two officers go to inform Ronald Whitlock (Bruce Willis) about his sons, Ronald shoots his pistol at the Black officer and hits him near his inner right eyebrow. (A large black spot can be seen between his eyebrows.) When the camera shows the dead officer, the black mark is gone and the bullet hole is on his forehead centered about 2" above his left eye. Other mistake: Blood gushed out of the bound man's lower inner arms that were slit with a knife from below the elbow to the wrist (then turned toward the ground). A switch to an aerial view showed no additional blood dripping (while he was still alive). Also, blood would not pour out of his arms to the ground in a horizontal stream like it did. Continuity mistake: Alexander still had the mark/cut on his forehead, running vertically to the outer edge of his right eyebrow, when he found the "Mars" candy bar, but it was gone less than 30 seconds later (after he found the gun). The angle as well as its appearance (wider, longer, straighter, and more pronounced) of the mark/cut on his right cheek also changed. (00:02:20 - 00:03:26)
Factual error: Some of the set props are too out-dated or obsolete to be included in a science fiction movie set in the "near future" where an android companion costs $40 million, there are various technological advances, and the "God 2.0" system has an "eternal battery life": e.g, rotary phones, old-style bulky CRT TVs, radiator wall heater, camcorder, key-start cars without navigation, old radio, wind-up alarm clock, hand potato masher, old huge headphones, stacks of books, table fan, "rabbit ear" antenna. Suggested correction: First, this is in no way a factual mistake. Second, it's only your opinion that the props are out of date or obsolete. At best, you could submit a stupidity mistake for a certain character using a specific outdated piece of technology despite having advanced technology everywhere else. I know people who play videos games on a PS5 and an original NES. Why wouldn't they play an outdated gaming system?
Factual error: Before Tom landed in the puddle, there was water dripping or it was raining on it, but it wasn't raining when he was on the rooftops. After Tom landed, the water drops/rain suddenly stopped. Even if the water drops were from earlier rain running off the roof or other parts of the building, they would not be hitting the whole way across the puddle or that far away from the edge of the building. Revealing mistake: In a sudden downpour, "rain" falls vertically, across a single line. (00:18:28 - 00:19:44)
