Continuity mistake: In season 1 whenever count Olaf's tattoo is shown, it is always on his inner left ankle (the reptile room part 2, Mr. Poe wipes the makeup to reveal it on the inner ankle, and In the Wide Window part 2 when Sunny chews through the broomstick and Olaf's lag is revealed it is also on the inner ankle. In this episode, after Sunny loosens the laces on Olaf's shoe and the Baudelaires defeat Olaf in the arm wrestling, the tattoo is on the outside left ankle.
Other mistake: In the hotel room shootout, bullets are being fired through the wall easily and tearing up the place as you'd expect. Frank then dives through the damaged wall and they shoot at each other with Frank behind a cupboard and Pilgrim behind an internal wall. But bullets empties into both of these bits of flimsy cover leave the men behind them miraculously unscathed.
Other mistake: When Jessica calls Hondo to let him know about Deacon's wife, you see Hondo answer the phone normally. Right after she tells him what's up, you can see him holding the phone upside down, with the camera lens towards the bottom. (00:24:30)

Continuity mistake: Once Bakuto starts explaining to Harold Meachum how he's more easygoing than Madame Gao, the chicken on Harold's plate changes position between shots.
Ashes, Ashes - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Spoiler! At the end of the episode, after Elektra decapitates Alexandra, the blood pattern on her changes changes when she turns around and asks "any questions?" Most noticeably more blood on her forehead and two streaks down her chin that suddenly appear. (00:49:10)
Continuity mistake: Rey grabs BB-8 and her staff, and then jumps up onto a fallen AT-AT Walker. She turns to look at the Nightwatcher worm and is standing right next to a very slime covered BB-8 on top of the AT-AT with her hand on his head. It cuts to a shot of the Nightwatcher from over Rey's shoulder and then back to a frontal view of her again from a higher angle. Rey didn't move once during those shots. But now she's suddenly standing further away from BB-8 to show the junk part between them, BB-8 now has much less slime on him, and the groove in the metal of the walker going down vertically behind BB-8 has vanished. Other mistake: There is a countdown on the movie screen. It is then reflected in Dusty's glasses. But the numbers are not reversed in the glasses. (00:41:00)
