Continuity mistake: The crew arrived at the volcanic island in turmoil, and are talking with the local captain. The captain asks them to carry also some of the dead people, and they start asking him what the plan is, if there's one at all. The pass at the neck of the captain shows the side with the symbol in one shot, the blank one in the next. (00:25:10)
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film when Robert De Niro gets to make out with the college girl, the switches between camera shots show his shirt off and subsequently back on again.
Continuity mistake: While Jax is held against the wall by two of the Furies it shows her bare feet held off the ground. As she moves across to Sinbad after he plunges the sword into the third Fury she is wearing flip-flops. (00:29:17 - 00:29:54)
Continuity mistake: When Fujiwara places the wooden Buddha on the table, his hat is on one of the curved hangers on the coat stand. It cuts to a close up of Fujiwara, before cutting back to the original camera angle, where his hat has now moved onto an upright hanger on the stand. (00:10:10)
Other mistake: When Warwick Davis shows Joe the form he's tricked his father into signing to allow him to transfer schools, the form is shown full screen. The "home" phone number is the same as that used in the school's letterhead, and there is text that says"insert name of fictitious school here." Also in this scene the name of the headmaster and phone number is visible, but none of those details match what is on the school's advertising board a couple of scenes later when Joe starts at his new school.
Continuity mistake: In the first scene, the old alien man comes to pick up his spaceship and Ratchet instructs him to "Now, let's fire up that mag booster." The old alien pushes the switch forward to start the mag booster. Later in the movie, Ratchet flips the switch backwards to "engage mag booster" as Clank commands. (00:06:30 - 00:26:30)
Factual error: During the scene when Ed the I.T. guy is working on his laptop to fix the problem with the presentation, his laptop is sitting on top of a couple of Cisco network switches with cables connected to them. The ports on the front of the switch where the cables are plugged in would have flashing lights on to show power and connectivity, as well as lights on the left-hand side of the device as we are looking at it, no lights are present which suggests it is not powered up and connected to anything. Factual error: Viggo is "playing" the bagpipes on the wrong side. They should be under his left arm, not his right. He is also not blowing hard enough to make the required sound. They sound good, though.
Factual error: When Vinny Panzienza has his cervical halo brace removed (without anesthetics), he yells and groans and grunts in pain, but his hands are relaxed on the arms of the chair. I can tell you, from experience with this exact situation, the pain is so intense that his hands should have been clenched as tight as a vise.
Visible crew/equipment: A cameraman is in the bush at the start between the preacher and his mule. (00:01:06)
Continuity mistake: When Batman and Batgirl are about to have sex on the roof, Batman lets his left hand slip down from her back to her butt. In the next shot, it's on her back again.
Factual error: The movie puts a caption in the prologue "January 2013." Later the protagonist puts the hammer he received by the mysterious delivery right on top of a newspaper, a copy of "Mid-Day" with a retouched opening article (related to the movie murder of course) but headline news with a Sunil Gavaskar quote that dates it as a December 2015 edition. Continuity mistake: The level of snake wine changes in the glass as the camera cuts back and forth during the conversation in the Chinese restaurant between Jeff and Tim.
Factual error: The film is set in 1880 and Dan Leno is a major character, already well-established on the London stage. Leno was only 20 in 1880 and did not make his London professional debut as an adult performer until 1885; before then he had performed in Manchester and Sheffield.
Continuity mistake: When Michelle gets catapulted onto the wall and begins wailing, her right arm is straight, semi-parallel to her shoulders. Next shot and it is bent, hand up to the level of her face. (00:22:55)
Other mistake: Daniel Blake in the first minutes of the movie is at the hospital taking an echocardiogram. On screen you can see the date of the test; 20/10/2015, so he took it on the 20th of October. The day goes on with Daniel visiting his coworkers, then he is at home, with BBC Radio Four saying it's twelve to 1:00 and broadcasting the first shipping forecast of the day for "Tuesday the 20th." Revealing mistake: Right after the little girl sprays the monster with bug spray, you can see the costume of the monster, it's wearing a black cap. (01:19:00)
Continuity mistake: Maureen spent the first night in the spooky house, without conclusive results. They are meeting the prospect buyers in a bar. When Lara walks up to them and begins the conversation, the arm position of the man changes wildly between shots several times at every cut. (00:08:40)
Continuity mistake: When Gina and James visit her sister, Gina sits down at the table with the family. Then in a close up with James and Ramon, Gina walks into the same room she should already be sitting in. (00:48:30)
Continuity mistake: In the 3 wheeled vehicle, Bennie is driving and Conner says "Women do not go for that whole constipated Debbie Downer look." A shot shows Bennie's hair blowing wildly in the wind, then cuts to a view from Conner and suddenly Bennie's hair is straight and still, then cuts again and once again his hair is blowing. (00:39:45)
