Other mistake: After the Enterprise is disabled by the Vengeance and falls out of warp, Kirk and Spock have a discussion in one of the corridors about letting Khan help incapacitate the attacking ship. Watch behind them. The ship is running under Red, but the crew members are walking past them calmly, some even watching their conversation as they pass! Not really Red Alert protocol... In fact, through all of this, only one crewman runs past in the entire sequence.
Other mistake: The Rolls-Royce at Watkins Glen, and the Mini in England, have the same English license plate.
Other mistake: When Estefania and Amadeu first meet, she attempts to light a cigarette while talking, which is impossible - you have to have both lips together to hold the cigarette still for the match to light it successfully.
Other mistake: When the title card "FLYING MONKEYS" appears on screen, during the opening fly-over shot, if you look near the bottom right of the screen you can see something briefly move into, then out of, shot. (00:02:28)
Other mistake: It is impossible for Gordon, Edward, and Toby to all puff into the Sodor Steamworks at the same exact time, as there is only one transfer table there.
Other mistake: The last half of the movie is based in France. Mr. and Mrs. Jones are being rescued by a French man that she has been texting. He comes to them on the cliffs in his boat. The flag waving behind them is the flag from the Netherlands not the French flag. They have the same colors but the stripes on the French flag are vertical while the ones on the Dutch flag are horizontal.
Other mistake: When the security system is armed, you can see the barricades are smooth steel panels running inside the outer walls, obviously on runners. Now, how do you attach a chain to a smooth steel panel and how do you rip it out without bringing the whole wall down? When Charlie lets the fugitive in, the panel is at least 1in thick. There is absolutely no way anyone is getting through that without specialised tools or heavy machinery.
Other mistake: Keira Knightley looks down at her phone, there is a beautiful female hand holding the phone with long slightly curved nail beds. This is not Keira's hand which is seen many other times times throughout the film. She has shorter nailbed and flat nails. (00:22:37 - 01:13:56)
Other mistake: When Sarah and Casey learn they're only getting a small portion of the money, Kenny says "Wait, you guys are getting paid?" However, he was there when David agreed to pay Casey $1000. He knew she was getting paid.
Other mistake: In final 14 minutes, the greys are attacking the house. Several screws are "unscrewed" from the plywood. The first two are turned the wrong way, and the sound effect is of tightening. (01:23:54)
Other mistake: Assange and Berg are talking to each other on Skype, and we see Assange and the view of him on Berg's screen at the same time. Even allowing for a delay, the orientation of Assange's head and his mouth movements don't correspond with those on screen. (00:29:40)
Other mistake: Throughout the film, you can frequently see many people's faces blurred, phone numbers blurred, store-fronts blurred, etc. This is because the production could not afford the rights to show these people, places and things, and simply blurred them out.
Other mistake: During the climactic gunfight Jay Swan retreats to his car. Using his binoculars Swan looks to the left and slightly rear of his car to see Pete Bailey (who is shooting at him with a high-power rifle). Bailey fires a shot at the car and the bullet strikes the front windshield (an impossibility from that angle). (01:48:00)
