Continuity mistake: In the scene where Lily is hiding behind Thomas' computer desk, she uses her little Eiffel tower necklace to put inside the socket to short out the power. When she goes to put it in, you can see the computer is plugged in on the bottom socket. After a really quick cut scene, the computer is now plugged in on the top socket. (01:05:00)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the film, protesters chase Harold through downtown traffic until he dives into his friend Todd's vehicle; whereupon the protesters urinate on Todd's windshield and splatter fecal matter across his driver's side window. For several scenes thereafter, the fecal splatter repeatedly changes shape, orientation and quantity on the side window, actually gaining mass in some shots.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the fight where the altar boy must prove his fighting skills, the sword changes hands between shots when his hands are up.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the "You deserve to die" scene between Ben Mendelsohn and Nicole Kidman in the kitchen, the cork on the counter (its bottom) is facing left. She then faces the knife racks, and the cork is facing right. Goes back as it was when the camera angle is the same as before. Same for her left bang; gone, long to the breasts, gone. (00:32:40)
Continuity mistake: At the start of the film, when the bus driver helps the man in a wheelchair onto the bus, his hat disappears then reappears. (00:05:00 - 00:06:00)
Continuity mistake: After Sarah finds her father in the bedroom and goes downstairs to get help, the blood pattern on her shirt/upper breasts changes. While the movie is edited to look like one continuous shot, it was filmed in bits and pieces, and the blood pattern was not consistent in some of the shots, it seems.
Continuity mistake: Katie puts Angie's sari back in the box twice in different shots. It also sticks out in different ways the first time around. (00:29:40)
Continuity mistake: In the 'match' when he tags with John Cena, Fred is picked up by the rival vampire in a fireman's carry position (kinda like for Cena's Attitude Adjustment), but his head is over the opponent's right shoulder in the first, wide, shot and towards the left shoulder in close-up.
Continuity mistake: When the slasher is breaking down the door, the knife position keeps changing between shots.
Continuity mistake: Mariso Golfetto is beginning a tirade about immigrants and assaults on women. A woman gets her drink from the barman, picking it up with her right hand, completing the movement. Reverse shot, and not only she repeats the gesture and still needs to pick up the glass, but she does it with her left hand. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: When Yoda and Asajj Ventress turn their lightsabers on, the lightsabers cast a reflection on the wall. However, when C-3PO and the younglings run past them, the wall shows no reflection cast on the wall. (00:06:45)
Continuity mistake: Dr. Mario Tirelli at the beginning of the movie enters the clinic where he works. A blonde woman walks in the opposite direction and exits through the door as Tirelli briefly hails a nurse. At the cut, Tirelli is in the same spot as before (nothing changes in the background) but the blonde is back and with still a way to go before the door, and the nurse is far back too, with the doctor's hand not moving to greet her, in a different take entirely. Continuity mistake: Grace gets the plate with the breakfast order, consisting of two eggs, two bunches of fries, 2 slices of bacon and 3 sausages. She rearranges them to serve them in a funny face pattern, supposedly, but one piece of sausage is missing, the fries are soaked in oil and eggs and bacon appear less cooked than before. (00:02:00)
Continuity mistake: During Cardinal Richelieu and Milady deWinter's first conversation, the Cardinal's hands repeatedly change position between shots; sometimes he is holding both up, sometimes they are both down, sometimes one is on the table etc.
Continuity mistake: The giant maker compound was purple when Franqcuer was created, but it turned orange when Lucille made another giant flea.
Continuity mistake: In two scenes featuring close-ups of the fireplace days apart, the same logs are burning.
Continuity mistake: Coulson has just entered the supermarket and is holding 2 donut packages in each hand. Watch his left thumb. In the close-up shot it is on the 'D'. In the next shot, it is below the letter on the red band on the plastic wrap. (00:00:55)
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the kitchen when Helen is telling Joe that she is pregnant, Joe is wearing suspenders over his shoulders. As the camera moves back and forth between the characters during the dialogue, Joe's suspenders "disappear." When the camera pans out, you can see that they are now hanging below his waist.
