Revealing mistake: After Steven Wilkins disguised as a vampire kills the unnamed woman he closes her eyelids to make it look like she's asleep. Just before his hand contacts her eyelids you see her almost blink, revealing she's very much alive.

Revealing mistake: At 39:55, actress Jaime King gets out of the shower, and she has just reached for her robe, and then on the bottom right corner of your screen you can see a bit of the flesh-colored body suit she's wearing. Continue to 40:00 where you see it again. Continue to 40:05-40:09 where you can see it, without slowing or stopping frame. (00:39:55)
Revealing mistake: When the Level 3 Sentry is firing up into the air for no apparent reason, it fires some rockets with a clear defined smoke trail behind them and disappear off screen. Then the shot jump cuts to further away and suddenly the smoke appears again, but the end of the smoke trails are solid and crisp indicating the animators used the smoke animation as if the rockets had just been fired from that spot... in the middle of the sky. Revealing mistake: At the start when the tree falls through the window, it's been pushed through the window horizontally. Since it does no damage around the window as you would certainly expect from a tree falling through an arc. (00:01:20)
Revealing mistake: The protagonists just had sex. The lifeline operator chats with him through MSN; notice how the timestamps of the messages do not match at all the time that supposedly elapses, going from 12:56 to 01:00 all of a sudden and even jumping from 01:01 to 01:50.
Revealing mistake: When Joseph goes to pick up the prisoner, there's a close-up of the paperwork; the prop is something recycled, or perhaps a real prison movement slip with Alex Veadov's picture stapled on, because the character's name is Vadim Nezhinski, a white Russian, but the documents say "Anderson, Robert", with a B (Black) for race. Revealing mistake: When everyone is cheering to Bender, you can see Fry on the right hand side of the screen wave to him twice. The second time he cheers, his hands move from the table to suddenly waving at Bender without any animation. (01:19:50)
Revealing mistake: An obvious double for Anne Archer the morning after her assault. The double's hair isn't shoulder long and is thicker than Archer's.
Revealing mistake: Meatwad and Shake get booted off the computer by Frylock so he can find instructions to the Insane-O-Flex. Watch the computer monitor. It rumbles, but the logo on it stays still.
Revealing mistake: After the crowd boos at Homer after kicking the bomb, Bart is shown walking past The Android's Dungeon and the shot pans over to show Comic Book Guy. Just as the shot begins to pan over, it can be seen that Comic Book Guy randomly pops up on screen.
Revealing mistake: When we see the clip of the kid on the plane from Bangkok to Detroit, the clip of the air-hostess turning around is the same one used twice. (00:13:40)
