Continuity mistake: At Tia Dalma's, when Jack says, "Look, an undead monkey," and shoots the monkey, the flame of the candle above the monkey is extinguished from the gunfire. However, in the next shot that candle is burning brightly. (00:49:30)
Continuity mistake: In the opening scenes where the are driving home and the right front tire goes flat. Just before the Big rig truck hits them you can see that the tire is not flat. (00:07:50)
Continuity mistake: When Tom (Charlie Sheen) is about to pick up the picture, you can see that the person on the right on the picture is on the far right of the frame. When it cuts to a close-up of the picture the person on the right has moved to the middle of the picture. In fact it's basically a different picture. (00:05:25)
Continuity mistake: We see a close up of Gabriella slipping in some milk, but in the wide shots there is no milk or carton on the floor. (00:41:30)
Visible crew/equipment: Bond follows the girl through the streets of Venice. The camera follows him with a track shot. Bond turns left, going into some kind of alley, and the dolly keeps going. The dolly, camera, and crew are reflected in a window for a second. (02:02:10)
Continuity mistake: After the scene with the pig gut pit, Jeff and the judge leave the room and the judge's clothes are suddenly not wet and almost clean. (01:17:15)
Continuity mistake: When the red Ford Bronco is driven off the ferry (ignoring all the impossible factors required for it to successfully do so), it flips through the air and contacts the water going backwards, its right/rear tail light entering the water first. The closer next shot shows the truck sink somewhat as it continues to flip backward, onto its roof. The very next shot shows the interior of the truck as it enters the water right-side up and going forward as water rushes in. Denzel lurches forward and down, driving his face into the water that is about waist level. The next exterior shot is underwater as the truck now lands in the water, nose first and right-side up. Continuity mistake: When Ethel, Lynne, Brenda and Bobby are sitting around the table outside the caravan, talking, the position of the juice pitcher, ketchup bottle and mustard bottle constantly changes. (00:27:30)
Continuity mistake: Right before battle, Nasuada is showing Eragon Saphira's dragon armor. The helmet is full face, with two little slits for eyes. When it shows Saphira wearing it, the helmet covers only the top part of her head and cuts off above her eyes. (01:20:35 - 01:22:30)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Superman is trying to prevent the plane from crashing he is holding the nose of the plane and bits of it start to crumble in and fall apart or away. Once the plane is safely on the ground within the ballpark the scene shows the plane from the side where there is no damage to the nose. (00:40:15)
Continuity mistake: At the start of the movie the hole in the back on Sean's car vanishes in some scenes. (00:04:05)
Continuity mistake: When Clouseau parks in front of the ministry of justice, he breaks the hood of two police cars. A few shots later, when we see him entering the building, only one of the cars is broken.
Continuity mistake: In the first scene in Giuseppe Baldini's perfume shop, his employee comes in and starts setting three candles in a candelabra. He sets them very straight and upright, however after we cut to Guiseppe asking if he knows of Amor et Psyche and back to the shot of the candelabra again, all three candles are wonky. Factual error: Take a look at Google Earth - the section of the Golden Gate Bridge Magneto breaks off (about a mile - tower to tower plus a section each end) isn't anywhere near long enough to reach Alcatraz from anywhere on the mainland.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Andy is seen eating a bagel, then the shot changes and she has no bagel, but when she goes down the stairs into the subway the bagel is back in her hand.
Continuity mistake: The red wine stain on Davian's shirt is much redder when he enters the restroom than just after the wine is spilt on him. (00:51:00 - 00:52:20)
Continuity mistake: After the car crash, as Rose walks down the road calling for Sharon, the cut above her left eyebrows disappears for one shot.
Revealing mistake: The roller coaster used for the Devil's Flight is really the Corkscrew at Playland in Vancouver, where all three movies were filmed. If you look during the opening credits, you can see the name "Corkscrew" up in the lights above the coaster. After this, it says Devil's Flight during the rest of the roller coaster scenes.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Jack Black is about to be unmasked and the kids are watching his match on TV, Chancho goes to to cover the TV. He is wearing a pink shirt but in the shot of him covering the TV he is wearing a white singlet.
Continuity mistake: After Costello smashes Costigan's wrist he hands all of the dollars he has in his right hand. A frame later money reappears in the hand.
