Continuity mistake: During the train scene, Spider-Man's mask had gone partially black. We also see it when Spidey puts his mask back on. Yet when Doc brings him to Harry, we don't even see a patch of darkness on his mask.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the Nemesis kills the 13 S.T.A.R.S members, after it blows up the sniper on the roof an additional S.T.A.R.S member can be seen outside the building on the right who wasn't there earlier. He then disappears shortly afterwards.
Continuity mistake: When Jack is briefing the President, he draws a line on a map of the U.S. and tells the President to have everybody south of that line evacuated. The shape of the line changes between shots. (01:04:20)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Lex is running in the abandoned whaler camp, the "shield" she is holding keeps changing hand between shots. (01:18:05)
Continuity mistake: When Lucius is putting aftershave on in front of the mirror, he hears the robot outside and runs to the window, leaving the bottle of aftershave on the desk with the lid off. He returns to open the drawer, and the lid is back on. (01:29:00)
Continuity mistake: When Alan, Vermont and TinTin are hanging upside down looking into the control room, TinTin's crystal is hanging around her neck, in the next shot it disappears then reappears in the 3rd shot.
Continuity mistake: When Evan tries to get his journals back from the bullies in the jail, the object that the guy on the bed is reading alternates from a closed copy of Hustler, to a journal and back several times. (01:18:35 - 01:19:20)
Continuity mistake: When Gummer and Black Hand Kelly make an agreement, Kelly looks to his left and he isn't holding a glass. When it cuts, he is looking to his right and holding a glass. (00:40:35)
Continuity mistake: When at the Men's Association, Mike Wellington raises a glass and toasts Stepford. He does this with his left hand. When the shot changes to show all the men, he is still doing it with his left hand. But when the shot changes back to Mike, the glass is now in his right hand, with no time between shots to change hands.
Continuity mistake: Right before the Demolition Robot starts tearing through the house, Spooner is talking to the cat, and in the close up shots of the cat it is sitting down, but in the shots of Spooner with the cat, it is standing up.
Continuity mistake: When Wynn looks at Rains' file, the drawer her file is in is slightly open before he finds it. The shot cuts to Dodd reading the paper, then back to Wynn, and her drawer is shut. (00:32:40)
Continuity mistake: A montage scene of newspaper headlines early on has March 12, 1939 as the date. Much later in the film, Jude Law asks Gwyneth Paltrow the date so he can calculate the position of a star. She responds "March 2" but there is absolutely nothing to indicate that nearly a year has passed.
Continuity mistake: When the Professor is locked in the rec room, the door opens and while he's shooting there is a round handle to open and lock the door, mounted on the door. When he stops firing the gun, the shot cuts to him then back to the door and the round handle is gone. Later, when someone leaves the room it is back again.
Continuity mistake: At the Crematoria mountain, Kira gets stuck in a small hole after the sunrise. She tries to climb again, but the rocks are so hot, she can't even touch them. She crouches and talks to Riddick for a while. Then, while standing up again, she touches the rock wall, but doesn't appear to experience any discomfort from the supposedly baking hot surface. Continuity mistake: When Ash breaks the window in the house at Long Island all the glass disappears in the window, apart from a little at the top. However, in the next shot when Telly and Ash walk through the window, all the glass has vanished.
Continuity mistake: When Alan Hakman talks to the young girl Isabel and she gives her speech about how great her dad is, she is looking directly at him. At the end, when Fletcher is viewing the scene through Alan's eyes, Isabel gives the entire speech while looking down at the floor.
Continuity mistake: After the sergeant has a parasite bug forced into her, she grabs a syringe kit left on the table by the medic. When she flips it open, there are 7 (maybe 8 at most) syringes in the kit (the last one is broken). A few moments later, private Sandee follows a trail of syringes left on the ground to the sergeant. There are at least 7 syringes on the ground, and 3 others in the sergeant's thigh.
Continuity mistake: When Damien is being chased by the Yellow BMW, and leaps out of the way using the side of the pick up, the yellow BMW crashes into the side of it. However, you see the same car without a scratch on it, a minute or so later, when Damien and Leito are cornered.
Continuity mistake: In the car chase scene with Deunan and Hitomi, the chasing car crashes into a water melon sales stand. The car is splattered with water melon pieces and goo. The camera then cuts to Deunan and Hitomi and back, and the chasing car is clean again.
Continuity mistake: In the very beginning, just before impact, Walker goes out onto the balcony for a supposed security breach. Over the radio, the other officer refers to him as Sgt. Walker, but he, and others refer to him as Capt. Walker.
