Continuity mistake: When Lanie is talking to her sister at her sister's house, they are seated across from each other on sofas. Her sister has a plate of cookies in front of her on the coffee table. As Lanie and her sister are talking and her sister gets up towards the end of the scene, the plate of cookies have moved across the table in front of Lanie.
Continuity mistake: When Davey Stone is running away from the police while singing, after he says, "But I'll give this old lady's melon's a squeeze.", he swings around a street pole. The garbage can lid he is riding on has no handle, but when he slides down the hill and jumps over the front of a snow plow, the lid has a handle.
Continuity mistake: About 35-40 minutes into the film, Jules and Jess are at the bus stop. Pinky's future in-laws drive by in the Jaguar with nothing in front of them. When the camera shot moves back as they enter the bend, another car has appeared in front of them.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the movie, Calvin is sitting on a couch and his pregnant wife comes in with a mug of something and sits next to Calvin. They start to talk and she takes her left hand off of the mug and lays it on the side of her stomach. The camera angle cuts to the back of the couch and both of her hands are on the mug. The camera angle cuts back to the front and her had is on her belly again.
Continuity mistake: At the end, Mun realizes the tanker explosion is about to happen, she gets off of her bus and tries to warn the people in their cars. She bangs on the window of a couple with a baby, and then tries a newlywed couple. Mun continues heading towards where the explosion will occur. When the truck finally does go up, we first the the parents and baby get hit, then the newlywed couple, and finally Wah has to save Mun. The problem is that this should have happened in the opposite order.
Continuity mistake: When Belinda says "nice sweater" to Jamie, Jamie has a backpack on. When Jamie walks away, her backpack disappears. (00:11:55)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Molly and Daisy meet their mother again they run towards each other through a light forest. Then there is a cut against the evening sky where they fall into each others' arms, and it's an open area with no trees nor bushes. (01:18:55)
Continuity mistake: When Kurt and his partner check out the Asian strip club they sit there for a while drinking and watching the girl in the black bikini dance. She proceeds to take her top off, but it reappears and disappears 3 or 4 more times.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Justine's husband needs 'help' at the doctor's office, Justine is wearing a flannel shirt and overalls. Then, when she's back at work, she's suddenly wearing a multicolored sweater briefly for one scene (which is what she wears two days later during the day she talks to Holden's parents), then at the end of the day she's suddenly wearing the same flannel shirt and overalls. Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie she drives off and arrives at her next destination and you see a Florida license plate on the front of the car. Florida only issues a rear tag, and notice the front and rear tags don't match.
Continuity mistake: When Fowler tells Phuong that Pyle is dead she is leaning back in a chair. First her long hair is hanging down in front, then it moves to the back between shots. (00:06:50)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie when the family drives to the lake to send Dad off on the plane the SUV has no tinted rear windows. When Dad finally flies off and you see the family pulling up to the house, you see that the SUV now has the factory tinted rear windows.
Continuity mistake: When Lee is burning her leg with the hot kettle in her bedroom, the way in which the pink towel is wrapped around her head completely changes between shots. (00:08:10)
Continuity mistake: When Virginia has kissed Vanessa she leans her forehead against Vanessa's forehead. When it cuts their heads are away from each other.
Continuity mistake: On the way to the big robbery, Tarzan shoots a hole in the roof of the car with a shotgun. In the next shot we see the car from above and the roof is intact.
Continuity mistake: The soldiers' breath is seen in some scenes, but not others.
Continuity mistake: When Hart was being introduced to the new barracks, Sgt. Pepper had his chevron and 25th infantry patch on his shoulder, then he didn't, then, he did.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Maud and Roland are lying on the bed in the hotel talking about their love problems, Maud moves her head back slightly on the pillow and then keeps it there so her head is about thirty inches away from his. Roland's head doesn't move but in the shot where they are about to kiss each other, their heads are almost touching.
Continuity mistake: When the villagers are joining the old chief on the beach, to see all the beached whales, it is raining heavily, yet his face and suit are completely dry.
Continuity mistake: After the Thanksgiving dinner when Denzel and his wife are in the bedroom discussing Antwone she takes off her necklace and puts it down. Then they cut to Denzel laying in bed, and when they cut back to his wife she is taking the necklace off again.
