Continuity mistake: In the scene just before Lance Barton gets crushed by a bus, they show the character of Keys, waiting nearby disguised as a homeless man, waiting for the accident to happen. However, there was no reason for him to disguise himself in the first place as nobody on earth could see him anyway. In all the other scenes, just before somebody dies, he wears the same clothes (his heavenly uniform.)
Continuity mistake: When Silverman and the nun are on the beach after she throws him over, her legs are covered in sand but when they get up she is completely clean. (00:50:55)

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Sara gets off from the train and her father asks her how many bags she has, she says that she has two small ones and a big one. But when they walk into their apartment, you can see that she has one small one and two big suitcases.
Continuity mistake: When the family is at the funeral home and the audience can see the casket, it has a picture of angels riding up to heaven. It is very colourful and eye catching, but at the church during the actual funeral, the casket has all red cloth covering the inside of it.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Rick kills Ray and takes him to that warehouse, Rick stabs Ray in the back, yet when Rick carries Ray to the incinerator he is carrying him with Ray's back against his chest, but there is no blood on his clothes.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Star 41 is called to the first crash site, it has mini guns and rockets, but when it gets to the site it has seats for people. (00:50:20 - 01:02:00)
Continuity mistake: When Sulley places the menu on the table he puts it face down (logo first), then when he lifts up the table, to quickly get Boo, the menu is face up. (00:26:05)
Continuity mistake: When Jefferson is forced to walk home alone, he is wearing blue jeans. When he hides in the cement things to use his inhaler, it shows him wearing khakis. Then, when he gets jumped right after by the guys on the bikes, he is wearing jeans again.
Continuity mistake: When Dorothy is letting Campbell live in her home, he picks up his bag and puts it on his shoulder. When he leans in to kiss her, there is no strap on his shoulder, then it's back again in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: When Hugh Jackman, Don Cheadle and the extra jump off the cliff and slide down the muddy, dusty side of the steep hill they are covered in filth on the way down. When they hit bottom the only evidence of the trip is a little sweat. Even their shoes are clean. (00:42:20)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Mariah, is on the "not a date" with Dice, and they're having dinner, they start to talk and in the different shots you see that the amount of wine in the glasses changes in every shot. (00:30:20)
Continuity mistake: When we first see Carlos getting up at 5am for school, he is sharing a room with his brother. Yet later in the film after he fights with his mum, he goes to bed, and suddenly he has his own room.

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene where Alex's partner is in the car with the bad guy, when she pulls her gun and he hits the brakes sending her into the dash she is not wearing a seat belt. Suggested correction: She's wearing a seat belt at 00:03:50 when he's trying to get some top from her. He's pulling on her head and that's when he finds the Bug in her ear. And you can see she's wearing a seat from 3 mins to the time she's hanging from the bridge in the car. 00:03:50-00:04:11.
Suggested correction: I just rewatched - she is wearing her seatbelt when he slams on the brakes, and she hits her head.
Continuity mistake: When Varga (Banderas) finds Bonny (Jolie) at Havana, he goes in her room and they finally make love. Later the Colonel that is in love with Bonny comes and Varga shows up at the door naked. When the camera is in front of Banderas he has his hand crossed in front of him all the time, but every time the camera shoots from behind him his hands are by his sides. (01:05:40)
Continuity mistake: The inmates build the wall using mortar to strenghen it. In the following scenes after the wall has been knocked down, there isn't mortar attached to any of the rocks.
Continuity mistake: When Charlie and Leopold are walking home after they go to the bar, Leopold says it is after midnight and they should go home. The next scene is back at the restaurant with Kate and J.J. When the camera is on J.J., you can see his watch and it says it's 9:30. (00:57:00)
Continuity mistake: After Van Damme gets shot, he climbs a wall and the female cop helps him by pulling him up the ledge. From the bottom view, the wall has a straight ledge but from the top view, there is a big groove cut out from the ledge where Van Damme climbs over. (00:52:54)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, Kevin wants to meet "the L girl" at their stop at 7pm. While Kevin is waiting, the camera goes to the clock. First it says 7pm. After waiting a few minutes, it says 7:10pm. Then when Kevin finally gets to Abby, the clock in the background only says 6:55pm.
