Other mistake: At the end when the plane hits the tanker, people shout "abandon ship" and next shot, a lifeboat full of people is halfway down the side of the ship. This would be impossible. (01:48:00)
Other mistake: At the end of the movie when the truck falls off the bridge and hits the water, the hood breaks off and you can see that there is no engine or transmission in the truck. (01:28:40)
Other mistake: After Barry (Ryan Phillippe) is put in the hospital, the four of them are talking about the murder and who tried to kill Barry. If you look at the door to Barry's room it is open - didn't anybody hear them talking about murders and a man with a slicker? (00:43:45)
Other mistake: During the Cyborg Master's attack on the police station, the bald cop goes to get a gun out of the gun storage room - which is a regular closet. It's not even locked, he just walks straight in. No police station in the world would be that careless with their weapons.
Other mistake: When the rat catcher is dragged through the house by his safety harness, he starts off being dragged face upwards, but a couple of seconds later his position has changed, he is now face downwards and at the end of this he is face upwards again.
Other mistake: During the honeymoon scene, Tia (who is obviously wearing a wig) and Kevin are rolling around simulating love making. What ruins the mood for me is when strands of her "hair" come loose and are lying around on the bed. It sure would dampen my mood if someone pulled out chunks of my hair.
Other mistake: Near the end of the film a helicopter crashes into the jungle. For one, the greenscreen is EXTREMELY obvious, and secondly, the helicopter is clearly a toy, and even has writing on it (like 'Made in Taiwan').
Other mistake: When Oscar Wilde visits his wife's grave near Genoa, the headstone states "Wife of Oscar Wilde". It originally stated only "Constance Mary, daughter of Horace Lloyd, Q.C." and "Wife of Oscar Wilde" was not added until later.
Other mistake: During the scene when the cowboy kids assault and curse out the bunny boy, the younger kid looks dead into the camera several times.
Other mistake: When Kevin Spacey is lying on the carpet after having been killed by Jude Law's ghost, there is a very strange shadow visible to the left of the picture which looks as though it is someone standing there with their hands on their sides. There is nothing in the room to suggest that this is a shadow of a bust or a reflection of anything.
Other mistake: The ship's captain at the beginning is supposed to be speaking Brazilian Portuguese. In reality, he is speaking gibberish, mixing Spanish and Portuguese with a very basic grammatical structure.
Other mistake: When Wai Lin lets go of the handcuff after handcuffing Bond to the water pipe you can see the handcuff accidentally come open. It was obviously never locked even though they added the sound of it clicking locked. (01:21:15)
Other mistake: After they blow up the dam blocking their passage, there is a far away shot as they are going up river and there's a grassy landmass that goes across the river blocking their route up river.

Other mistake: Right at the end of the movie Melvin and Carol walk by a bakery. Suddenly the lights go on showing staff at work like sweeping the floor, indicating that they must have been doing this in the dark. (02:07:55)
Other mistake: In a scene toward the end of the film the kidnappers argue over whether to feed the girl. One of them even says "Don't tell me to relax. You left her alone?" Later it is revealed that the two men never kidnapped anyone because it was a ruse cooked up by Max. (01:31:00)
Other mistake: When Moore graduates from training, she is handed a nonexistent silver trident by Mortensen. She should have been handed a gold SEAL trident as they themselves conducting the training were wearing.
Suggested correction: Because they weren't training to be SEALs (BUDS/UDT). They were training to graduate the fictional "U.S. Navy Combined Reconnaissance Team" course. Fake unit, fake trident. No mistake here.
Other mistake: In the scene where Sly and his female partner are using the speed gun, a speeding car drives past. The female cop is pointing the speed gun towards the sky and not at the car, so it would never give a reading. (00:19:30)
Other mistake: When Luther is driving the Senator to the White House it is raining. But there is a shot of Luther from the outside front window and the window is perfectly dry even though side and rear windows show that it's still raining.
