Continuity mistake: When General Grey tells the President not to engage until they have visual, in the President's close-up the exterior of this F/A-18 Hornet is quite different than what was shown in the earlier shot, as the canopy closed over him. All the rivets around the canopy have disappeared and the 'danger' triangle is much closer to the name Patrick, the seat differs, etc. Plus the fact that the canopy and hull are actually one unit in the second shot. Continuity mistake: When Sonic and Tails are fighting metal Robotnik, he shoots glue at Tail's tail. Tails says he can't fly to help Sonic, but when he gets the piece of concrete to surf across the water on you can see that his tails are not glued together.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Picard, Worf and Hawk are outside the ship and want to separate the transmitter dish from the hull, Picard must move a kind of tube out of an console and must turn it from a low to a high position. In one shot the tube is in the high position, in the next shot it is in the low position and then Picard pulls it out and turns it in the high position. (01:06:40 - 01:10:35)
Continuity mistake: As paramedics inflate Jordan's assistant Stan Podolak following his lone bucket, the scoreboard shows the Monstars ahead 77-67 with 10 seconds remaining. Yet following his treatment and the surprise entrance of Bill Murray, the score has changed to 77-76 with no time having elapsed.
Continuity mistake: When Pinkett and Murphy are at that restaurant/comedy club and the guy with the dreadlocks is making fun of everybody (this is the second time they go to this place) when the show him from the front his hair is sticking straight up but when its from the back it's down.
Continuity mistake: After finding Krebs, Barb handcuffs him, and he always remains cuffed. But after Barb shoots one bodyguard, and he falls out of the window, we see a shot of Krebs looking startled, and his hands are at either side of his legs - he is now uncuffed, although Barb never uncuffed him.
Continuity mistake: When Michael Keaton is talking to his wife he picks up Froot Loops, then a second later he picks up Cheerios.
Continuity mistake: As the Doctor is being put to sleep, he lies on the operating table which has no pillow for his head. When Salinger uses the defibrillator on the Doctor, he has a blue pillow cushioning his head.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the Graboid is pulling the truck you can see that there is a gun rack and a gun in it. Right before they are about to hit the rock you can see that the gun falls off of the gun rack. The gun goes on and off the rack between the following shots. (00:30:25)
Continuity mistake: When the press secretary kisses the hand of the alien-dressed-as-a-seductive-woman, the eyeball ring is on her right middle finger but after she knocks him out (or kills him) the ring is on the finger between the middle and the pinkie. Continuity mistake: Montgomery's shirt, when he is ripping pages out of a book, is blue. However, when Azazello takes the gun from his hunting vest, his shirt is white.
Continuity mistake: In one scene, Zane disturbs a lecture on terraforming at JPL and gets thrown out by security guards. Later on in the movie, somewhere in a Mexican bar, Zane and Ilana are discussing global warming. In a flashback Zane remembers the lecture at JPL. Strange thing, however, he can even remember a part of the lecture which was given at a time when he had already been thrown out.
Continuity mistake: The terrorist blow up many Jeeps when they ambush the military in the opening scenes. The problem is, they blow up more Jeeps than are in the convoy. When the terrorists steal the truck that was being escorted by the military convoy, we can see there were 3 Jeeps. But during the ambush scene, there are a lot more than that blown up by terrorists using weapons.
Continuity mistake: In Escape from New York, Snakes tattoo on his stomach is filled in. In Escape from LA, his tattoo is just an outline. (00:18:05)
Continuity mistake: As Angelique says to Pinhead "Things seem to have changed" she is standing in front of him. Then as Pinhead responds "Hell is more ordered." she is now standing closer and to his side.
Continuity mistake: When Mike first enters the theatre, he's wearing his exercise clothes, shorts and a college t-shirt. But when the film later breaks and Mike leaves the theatre, he's wearing his blue jumpsuit.
Continuity mistake: When the industrial plant explodes at the end of the film, as Peyton and Angela/Jenny escape, in the wide shots you can see the flames are so big, that they actually set the actors on fire. However, in closer shots, not only are the actors not on fire, but the explosions are much smaller.
Continuity mistake: When David goes into the Dodson Hotel to look for Eddie, the glass door he enters through is completely normal. When he runs out chasing Eddie, he goes out the same entrance and this time the right glass door has a huge hole and is shattered. (00:47:40 - 00:49:35)
Continuity mistake: When Alex is walking around nude in just high heels watch carefully. They seem to come and go during the gun battle.
